Opmerkingen: Acumatica has brought all the areas of our business together in one software which is allowing for an improved business decision making process.
Pluspunten:
The integration of business functions are the most useful components of Acumatica, bringing our finance and project management functions together. The software is easy to implement when working with a Acumatica Partner on the implementation process. To date all features we require have been found in Acumatica other than Payroll which is going live in Q4 2023.
Minpunten:
In order to be able to provide the robust reporting and project tracking features it is important to enter information very accurately, the learning curve for new users can be steep.

Opmerkingen: It is a wonderful system, flexible, easy to use, and it is wonderful to have all our data in one place and easy to find, export and analyze.
Pluspunten:
One platform incorporating all our transactions directly into the accounting and reporting side, easy to use
Minpunten:
The fact that the timecards do not have a separate module to close financial periods with but are included in the AP module.

Opmerkingen: Great customisations which removes limitations found on other ERP's
Pluspunten:
1.Ability to track projects at plantations per block of plants. It allows management and production team to analyse profitability further by having smaller P&Ls per block. 2. Customisation
Minpunten:
The default template in the system for inventory does not allow capturing different items issued out of stock on different date so further customisation is required.

Opmerkingen: Acumatica is a good system but the ability to customize it allows us to make it exactly what we need. It took some time to learn how to adapt it to our needs but every day it gets better and better for us.
Pluspunten:
We can customize the system in many different ways. Individual users can customize their screen and various reports on their screen. Without coding, we can customize many things, create new fields, etc. This flexibility allows us to make the system suit the way we do business.
Minpunten:
The price is a bit high for a small business to get started. I want to use some features offered in other modules but they are quite expensive to add those.
