Then they will set up a call appointment. If you think the problem is fixed. Surprise it's not\!\! You have to start all over. I talked to multiple tech agents explaining the issues. Problems couldn't get resolved in one day because I have grooming deadlines to meet. I can't just sit waiting for a return response. By the way i have to use my hands to groom. So how am i suppose to do that sit at the computer and e-mail back and forth\!\!\!\!
