> **Minpunten**: Support is horrific - they left me down and stranded for over a week with chat support not having a clue. &#10;&#10;Slow. &#10;&#10;Doesn’t integrate with accounting software unless you PAY MORE&#10;&#10;Access to app for employees yup. PAY MORE For each one. &#10;&#10;The cloud version is horrific and doesn’t work at all. &#10;&#10;Want to use your lap top at home to do some accounting. Nope. You have to buy a second version so PAY MORE&#10;&#10;Oh and the second license is ALWAYS down and never ever works. So it’s completely unreliable and a waste of money\!  &#10;&#10;This software has potential. But your pay a fortune and it doesn’t do anything more then acuity. &#10;&#10;In fact Acuity gives you unlimited everything for $17 a month and integrates with everything without having to pay. &#10;&#10;I am paying almost $500 Canadian a month. &#10;&#10;To date I have not switched because it’s a huge job. &#10;&#10;But now that you cannot get support and they have no issue leaving you high and dry. I am out.
