Sometimes it can look very overwhelming and complicated to less experienced members of staff.- integrations with our personal website so bookings could also be made on there and pulled through to the calender- feature where you can mark deposits as not yet paid(eg if a customer comes in with cash later) without having to cancel them off - sometimes some members of staff with customer support didnt seem to know what they're doing and when ive spoken to other people theyve been much more helpful and really great.
