Things like everyday work while moving the cursor are a pain if you are not accustomed to (try to move the cursor to edit a formula and you'll get mixed results). Microsoft needs to continue optimizing the interface, removing old features that no one uses, maybe using a plugin system, and consolidating the interface. Outlook is a good example of what Microsoft needs to do (create a new Outlook from scratch), but using the wrong way (removing useful features). As of today, if you switch from Classic to New Outlook, you'll miss lots of features, and you'll feel like a Guinea pig because Microsoft uses you to do the testing, adding or removing features.
