> **Minpunten**: Based upon what we were told during the sales process and what the platform could actually do, it was a lot of work arounds and trying to fit a square peg in a round hole.  We contacted EzFacility numerous times and customer support is horrible.  The biggest disappointment is that when we tied it to our website, scheduling was a nightmare.  You had to actually select a plan/program/product, pay for it, then after you have paid is when you can select a date/time.

I just can’t physically see my IT team but they always pick up with an incredible happy, upbeat demeanor with SOLUTIONS AND ANSWERS..... Always. They have NEVER said they didn’t understand something or didn’t know about something.

It is so reliable - it has never failed me - I have occasional issues with my online coaching app and even my banking app when it is closed for work or they are having problems, but never with EZ\!

> **Minpunten**: I can't think of anything I don't like about EZ\! It does everything we need\!

> My overall experience has been excellent\! The technical support could not be better - my contacts are \[sensitive content hidden\], and they could not be more professional and knowledgeable.
