Getting them to understand who to follow, what content to create for search and social, separating the influencers from the introducers, and being able to do this for 1 hour a day would have been impossible without HRmarketer. Because when we login, everything about HR Social is there, all the info and data sorted not just by software, but by super smart people who know HR Social. Instead of spending our time gathering social information and basically throwing spaghetti against the social wall, we learned quickly to focus on Twitter for HR Social, then LinkedIn, and lastly Facebook (which wasn't a good fit here).
