There are many end users who primarily use their mobile phones and will not use a computer; it is critical for the mobile app to provide all of the same options as the online version. I'm sure the software itself isn't bad, but no one was willing to assist us in making it work for our business. The software was difficult to use and not user friendly. Users couldn't locate benefit enrollment and had issues adjusting tax setup and other info. The missing support for tax setup and filing was a nightmare. The reporting feature was extremely difficult to navigate and reports had missing or incorrect info at times. > > Considering the high price of this product, we expected much better support.
