Opmerkingen: Ottima. RIesco a lavorare da remoto come se fossi in ufficio. Ovimanete dipende dalla connessione ma Iperius è molto stabile.

Facile da usare, facile da istallare, funziona molto bene. Si riconnette anche il il pc remoto viene riavviato. Davvero ottimo.

La gestione del doppio schermo ma ora forse l'hanno risolta.

Sicuramente è un prodotto che sta vedendo una fase di profonda innovazione e cambiamento, questo ovviamente si porta dietro dei transitori in cui qualcosa può non funzionare come ci si aspetta, ma è qualcosa di sperimentabile con qualsiasi prodotto software.

Iperiusremote problemi e lentezza nell'utilizzo

Opmerkingen: Non pensavo avesse tanti problemi ed il suo utilizzo mi comporta molta perdita di tempo nell'assistenza. I troppi aggiornamenti che ricevo mi indica che è ancora alle prime armi nell'assistenza remota. Da migliorare.

Pluspunten:

Nulla. Data la mia esperienza nell'assistenza remota, pensavo che funzionasse meglio.

Minpunten:

Molta difficoltà nel collegamento, perdita di connessione, tempi di collegamento ai server lentissimi, lentezza nel caricare la rubrica. Dallo smartphone non si capisce come utilizzare il tasto destro del mouse per il menù.

Opmerkingen: Direi cresciuta con la crescita di Iperius. Abbiamo iniziato ad utilizzare Iperius Remote dal 2021 e ci è piaciuto dare credito e supporto ad una software house italiana.

Pluspunten:

Ad oggi ha le funzionalità che ci servono maggiormente

Minpunten:

Siamo partiti con la 3.6 ed era parecchio instabile....ora siamo alla 4.5 e direi che nel tempo è parecchio migliorata. Segnaliamo sempre possibili bugs al service Iperius.

Ma al prezzo che viene proposto e considerando le varie funzionalità incluse e la costante implementazione di migliorie da parte del produttore, il giudizio finale è estremamente positivo e consigliatissimo. Quantomeno da provare e valutare in base alle proprie esigenze
