The denial was not due to my qualifications, but due to amateur administrative errors by Deel's team. The USCIS denial letter explicitly stated that Deel \*\*forgot to attach critical evidence\*\* to the application. The officer wrote: \*"You did not submit that letter with your RFE response"\* regarding key testimonial and salary documents that were vital for my case. Furthermore, they contradicted themselves regarding the employer structure, leading to an automatic rejection. I strongly warn other founders against trusting Deel with sensitive immigration processes. At the moment I have not found any problem in my experience with the application, well, I seem to remember some pop up where it seemed that the title showed the name of the object and not the title of the pop up itself. Automatic billing and cheap withdrawals to crypto or free to bank account that save me a lot of money on traditional fees.
