a bit expensive for medium sized company but still very good product

Opmerkingen: we had a chance to work with Polarion QA in our customer's environment which is a manufacture company also. We have been told that it is a bit costly but they choose it because they have very good relationship with Siemens. As far as i worked with it , i can say that it is very comprehensive tool from end to end test activities far a big company but i dont think it is suitable for medium sized company
Pluspunten: You can easily customize the workflows according to your company dynamics, reporting is a really strong in the product you can get very comprehensive reports after each release, it is very talented product to follow your quality assurance activity from the requirements to after test execution.
Minpunten: it is a bit expensive for medium sized company and there would be better alternatives for them. And I think they need to work on customer services as well, we waited too long to get an answer even it is a basic thing for us.
