It helps us to find clients who aren't using the product so we can be proactive to help them\!

Seeing users and such is great, but sometimes I just want a monthly email of the total users for a platform. That may be a thing that's available, but I haven't been able to figure it out on my own. I'm also just the end user, not the owner of the software.
