It allows customization based on specific needs, such as industry or job roles, and provides a user-friendly interface with clear instructions, making it accessible to individuals with varying technical knowledge. I do use other products from the parent company so having additional workflows and integrations is a bonus.

> **Minpunten**: There is really not a con to the product, in general, If users do not actively participate or take the training seriously, the desired outcomes may not be achieved. Ensuring consistent user engagement and encouraging a security-conscious culture within the organization is crucial for maximizing the benefits of the training.  We cannot force users to take the training.

> Our team was an early adopter of IDAgent Darkweb ID, this product was introduction as an add our to our subscription and it was easily adopted and sold to our customers.    We also integrate some of our personal training courses into the LMS system.

> **Minpunten**: There is no remedation training to show what users missed and why.  Also,  as an aminstratror I can not see details of each users training.  I can only see who has completed the training and who has not.

> My overall experience with BullPhish ID is good.  I would like to see a remedation piece so that users can see what they missed and why.  Also, I would like to see some trainging geared to students (5-12th) so that we may begin to train them as well.
