Opmerkingen: I like Payoneer. Thanks to it, I can receive my money for work on foreign platforms (and most of these platforms use it), in addition, I can be sure that my bank details are safe. The $20 fee is fair, in my opinion. And the more I use it, the more I like the non-bureaucratic ease of using the app.

The website/app interface is uncomplicated and intuitive, making it easy for a layman like me to use. And payments have a small fee, which makes it more advantageous than other platforms.

I definitely love Payoneer, however, the customer support needs to be faster. Because when I enter some wrong information more than once, they block my account temporarily (I know this is for security), but when I contact support to clarify, most of the messages are automatic, and not from some real/human consultant to solve. This makes me irritated, it takes something that was supposed to be simpler.

Not the first Choice

The fees are quite high, eating into your profits bottom line once you get into anything over $100, which is all our transactions. When we had an issue with the account and reached out to customer service, our inquiry wasn't really addressed but rather ignored and met with an unwillingness to resolve the inquiry.

After almost 2 years of using payoneer i one day was suddenly told that my funds couldnt be processed bacause the country that had issued me my passport was different from the country i was now residing in. If a Canadian goes to SouthAfrica that dient make them a SouthAfrican citizen, they will still need to use their Canadian Passport........why was i never told 2 years ago that this was going to be an issue when i opened my account. Besides that how come they could process my previous transactions without wanting the country on my passport to match the country i live in? I learnt a lesson never ever to go that route again nomatter how desperate. And when i asked them to transfer my money bank ,ohhh dear i had to write endless emails ,luckily the company that had send the money into my payoneer account were very professional and quick to help me. I just sent them one email and before 30 minutes funds were cancelled and i got my money back.

I like payoneer because it is an easy and convenient way to send and receive payments. With payoneer, I can send payments to anyone in the world with an email address. I can also receive payments from companies and organizations. For more than a year, I have been freelancing as a side hustle and payoneer has made all my payments hassle free. Additionally, I don’t even have to go to the app to withdraw the money. Whatever payments comes to my payoneer account, it is automatically withdrawn to my bank account within 24 hours , as I’m from India.

Rates are not satisfying

Opmerkingen: That's a preferable transfer system if you have customers from other countries. Esspecially from Europe or USA. I am not happy with the rates when I change USD to TRY. But generally, it did the job and I had no serious problems.

Best part of Payoneer is having the payments fast in our account. I mean when our customer transfer the money to our payoneer account.

Minpunten:

When I need to transfer the USD to my own bank account in Turkiye payoneer doesn't allow me to transfer as USD. I had to change to Turkish Liras. And the rates are too low. Also it's not easy to use. I generally use this once or twice a month and each time I forget how to transfer. Sections are similar to each other and complicated.

I have 2 withdrawals that have gone missing since Nov 16, 23'. Their customer support continues to ask me for 24 to 48 hours for resolution, they have promised the funds many times, and they cannot even supply for a MT103 swift certificate for my bank to track the transfer. They wont offer interest on the money that's lost or even decent customer service.

But when trying to add a payer, the system would not allow me stating that it did not support this feature currently. I then closed my account and requested a refund for the registration but they will not provide refunds for services they incorrectly say they can provide, but cannot!!

POOR INFURIATING HORRIBLE SERVICE

There is nothing I like about this company when compared to the other one we were using before we were forced to change.

We are trying to change over to a new bank account and two months later are still going back and forth with them. Emailing is hopeless. Replies are bot-like, pre-scripted affairs and they take an average of two-three days to get back to you. Calling them is actually quite easy but none of the representatives are of any help, pushing you to send an email which, as mentioned above, is hopeless. If you are thinking of joining up, DON'T.
