> **Pluspunten**: Stok.ly have created a really user-friendly platform that ensures everyone in the business can learn and use this in there day to day job, incorporating all areas of the business from our shop staff to our warehouse staff. It has easy integration across all the platforms we use, allowing us to manage stock in 2 locations, all drawing from the same warehouse. This really revolutionised the way our staff pick products, eliminating the need for paper, pen and clipboard faff. The great order management allows us to seamlessly process our orders across various platforms such as our website, eBay and Amazon, ensuring there are no stock clashes. The customer support is fantastic and is always helping us with any questions we need answered.

> **Minpunten**: As great as all the integration is with Stok.ly, my only minor issue is the lack of integration with TikTok shop, meaning I have to manually place orders, which isn't the most detrimental issue in the world, however, it is a minor inconvenience

> **Pluspunten**: As a multi-brand distributor holding stock across more than one location, the multi-location inventory visibility is the biggest win for us. The warehouse stock app has made our pick, pack and dispatch noticeably faster, and barcode scanning has improved inventory accuracy across sites. The automation around purchasing and stock transfers saves real admin time, and sales order processing for our trade accounts is far cleaner than what we had before. Having ecommerce, courier and accounting integrations in one platform means we're not stitching separate tools together.

> **Minpunten**: It isn't the most hand-holding system on day one. There's a learning curve to getting sales channels and customer records set up correctly, and a few tasks are easier to do directly in the UI than via import. Once it's configured properly it's solid, and support has been responsive when we've needed them, but it's worth investing the time up front to get the setup right.

> Overall a strong move for us. It replaced a setup of spreadsheets and disconnected systems that couldn't scale, and gave us real inventory control and automation across multiple brands and locations. We evaluated Brightpearl and Orderwise before choosing Stok.ly for its flexibility and integrated approach, and we'd recommend it to any retail, wholesale or manufacturing business wanting proper inventory control at scale.

> **Pluspunten**: The biggest thing for us is having everything in one place. Stock across multiple locations, purchasing, transfers and the warehouse are much easier to keep track of. The stock app and barcode scanning have also made day to day warehouse jobs quicker. I also really like that the Stok.ly team actually listen to feedback.

> **Minpunten**: I’d say some parts of the system can feel a little over complicated at first, and there are areas where a few small changes would make the day to day workflow much quicker. We’ve also come across a few bugs while getting everything set up, but to be fair, when we’ve raised them the team have been responsive and worked with us to get them sorted.

> Overall, our experience with Stok.ly has been positive. Moving over to a completely new inventory system is never going to be completely smooth, especially with multiple stores and a warehouse, and we’ve definitely had a few bumps along the way.

What’s impressed me most is the support. When we’ve had an issue, the team have actually taken the time to understand it and work through it with us. We’ve also suggested changes and improvements and they’ve been open to the feedback.

> **Minpunten**: not much tbh, ePos occasionally needs a reset but that is minimal fuss and sometimes the handhled, but they are very minor issues and quick to fix

> Stok.ly revolutionised our inventory management. before stok.ly we didnt have real control, but these days, all the team work from the same system and our inventory is accurate. goods in is quick with handhleds and our shopify is always up to date. we probably save 1 employee having stok.ly so it pays for itself
