There is little friction when setting up new inputs as the layout of the system is pretty user friendly. Files are read quickly by the system so we always have the latest data to hand in a few minutes. Setting up tables within excel is as easy and dragging and dropping your metrics in. We use DataRails daily for all of our financial reporting so we definitely make the most out of the price - customer support and online help is always quick to respond to any questions we have as well.
