> **Pluspunten**: I found the tutorials online to be helpful and then the product support was outstanding.  Although one cannot call on the phone, the support through email was timely and thorough, even on the weekends.  Every question I have ever had over the years was thoroughly answered.

> **Minpunten**: The ability to print out sections of the map database could be enhanced.  Sometimes I have to cut and paste in order to get the sections to print but I have found a workaround so it is not a big issue.

> I have been using CK for about five years and am very happy with the support and response time whenever I have a question or concern.  The originator of the software makes upgrades often and continues to improve the product.  He has been helpful in explaining quick tricks I can do to help with working within the database...always very helpful and responsive.  He has guided me with formulating my maps and giving me criteria when I want to create a report so that the report shows what I want.

The burial records are now stored on 3"by 5" cards.  \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has customized Crypt Keeper to include all the information on the burial cards and more\! The added feature of being able to have several users on the site at one time helps transferring information to the site very easy.
