Full features and easy to use, I can't believe Applauz is free

The system is easy to use, and customer support is just amazing. The interface is also easy enough to use that I understood how to use the tools in minutes.
Minpunten:
it is necessary to prepare the HR team before implementing such a system, it is a big change that should not be underestimated.
what I love about applauz
Opmerkingen: I love it all together as we can recognize others for many different things such as helping, there for one another but you can also use it as a tool just to say good morning how is your day as our teams are spread apart so we can communicate even with other not in our district but that are part of the team over all

I like that it gives us a chance to give recognition to others on the team.

I've not found anything that i do not like about applauz
Fun to use, but didn't find it to be overly useful for us!
Opmerkingen: It gave us interesting ideas, we enjoyed using the software just didn't really fit with out operations.

It's got an excellent user interface and UX design, so it's super easy to jump right in and start using Applauz for your employee recognition programs.
Minpunten:
It's not a knock on the software, but I just didn't find it brought that much value to us as an organization. We went back to our own "old-school" methods of recognizing our employees!
