The system only allows us to connect the account to one email address when a number of our clients have 2 emails associated with their account. This is ridiculous. For students with divorced parents it makes ZERO sense. We have had a lot of time and energy spent on making this program work for us, and we are frustrated with the experience overall. If someone wants to adjust a payment method they have to redo the entire enrollment document. > > Not thrilled. The system meets our needs to a degree but has needed a lot of attention from our administrator to overcome the shortcomings.
