Opmerkingen: HubSpots' interface is simple and intuitive. The ease of use is the reason we went with HubSpot. The integration with 3rd party plug-ins, such as Zoominfo, is simple to setup and rarely goes down.
Pluspunten:
I like the ease of use in creating emails, web forms and landing pages. The reporting that and seamless integration with building and adding contacts works perfectly.
Minpunten:
I use the regular Marketing hub if you want to upgrade to the professional version it comes at a steep cost. HubSpot in general nickle and dimes you on a lot of their services.
Not sure why they have such great reviews
Opmerkingen: Our sales and marketing team find HubSpot actually quite hard to use. If our company was to switch from it, no one would miss it. Marketing has already decided to use Customer.io and sales is looking else where as well.
Pluspunten:
It's a fairly powerful platform, but when directly compared with Keap or Customer.io. It's not exactly better for the cost. They likely have more integrations than anybody else. That's about it. I feel like they stopped caring about their customers as much while they tried to sell their company in Google earlier this year.
Minpunten:
Hubspot use to be the easiest to use all-in-one platform. But, these days allow their competitors have caught up and charge less. When you have a problem with the product or the integration you built, their service is not very helpful.

Overall happy, there's a value coming from an all-in-one platform.
Opmerkingen: It's still better than other all-in-one enterprise marketing/sales suites, but it feels like each feature is basically worse than cheaper providers.
Pluspunten:
You can have the entire picture in a one platform. You can easily see your marketing efforts becoming leads and opportunities in the CRM. The integration with Ad Platforms is pretty handy, and then the value that comes from that attribution. Although, what's a bit wack is the lack of support for new types of ad campaigns like Google's Performance Max.
Minpunten:
The WYSIWYG (drag and drop) marketing email builder is terrible. The styles are a mess. Sometimes the editor doesn't work at all, and I have to edit elements directly in the source code. Actually even tough it's way more expensive than alternatives, it's way worse, and it takes much more time for sending our marketing emails in comparison to cheaper alternatives.
Top of the line marketing platform- but very pricey
