For instance, we can route very critical database and ETL pipeline failure alerts directly to our engineers' phones, thus cutting our time-to-resolution by a large fraction and helping prevent data corruption downstream.

> **Minpunten**: Some of the advanced routing rules settings interface can be a bit clunky. In addition, given that Atlassian is aggressively promoting standalone versions of OpsGenie's capabilities to Jira Service Management (JSM), it would seem as if the standalone app is receiving few new updates these days.

It comes with unlimited SMS notification (depending on your plan of course). Also, OpsGenie can notify you via phone call for critical alerts.

> **Minpunten**: One thing OpsGenie is missing is alerts correlation. Basically OpsGenie just receives alerts and notify relative teams according to your notification rule. It would be better if OpsGenie has alerts correlation platform to deduplicate noise alarms
