They enforce automatic renewals at drastically increased prices without clear consent, and their support team does little to resolve disputes fairly. Instead of prioritizing customer relationships, they seem focused on locking businesses into overpriced contracts with little room for negotiation.

> We initially saw value in Trustpilot, but after experiencing unethical renewal practices and a refusal to engage in fair dialogue, we can no longer recommend them. They will likely respond to this review with a generic statement about "contract terms" and directing us to their support team – but that is exactly the issue.
