Helaas verplicht om Trustpilot te gebruiken

Opmerkingen: Slechte customer service. Reacties duren weken / maaanden. Contact met een persoon is niet mogelijk.

Pluspunten:

Helaas heeft Trustpilot geen voordelen voor ons, alleen maar nadelen.

Minpunten:

Helaas zijn we verplicht om Trustpilot te gebruiken. We hebben hier niet voor gekozen, maar door hun invloed op Google zijn we bijna verplicht om ze te gebruiken. We gebruiken op dit moment een ander platform waar we actief Review verzamelen . op Trustpilot helaas alleen negatieve reviews. Uiteraard krijgen we die ook op het andere platform, maar daar kunnen we actief op reageren. We hebben hier niet voor gekozen. Verzoeken om ons uit de zoekmachine te halen of iets anders omdat we geen actief gebruik maken van Trustpilot worden genegeerd of duren maanden voordat we antwoord krijgen. Er is helaas verder ook geen contact mogelijk. Om onze score hoger te krijgen moeten we dus verplicht actief gebruik maken van Trustpilot, ook al kiezen we er actief voor (door dit soort praktijken) om dit niet te doen.

Trustpilot is je partner in reputatiemanagement

Opmerkingen: In de besluitvorming van je doelgroep helpen je goede reviews en kun je bij slechte reviews je oplossend en klantvriendelijk vermogen tonen.

Pluspunten:

Als Trustpilot geïntegreerd is dan verlopen de review-uitnodigingen soepel. Maak wel van tevoren een plan hoe je de reviews gaan managen en welke mensen/afdelingen je daarvoor inzet.

Minpunten:

De implementatie neemt wat tijd en resources. Reviews en het management daarvan blijven voor altijd onderdeel van je bedrijfsvoering, dat is niet terug te draaien.

na gestopt te zijn in 2016 bij trustpilot en ik daar een goede beoordeling had krijg ik nu een hele slechte beoordeling. Dit omdat er 1 slechte beoordeling in 2021 is binnen gekomen. Van een zogezegde klant uit Engeland waar ik nooit zaken mee heb gedaan.Gevraagd mijn profiel te verwijderen. Maar helaas dat konden ze niet.Dus voor dat u voor Trustpilot kiest zou ik nog even nadenken.

Werkt niet voor elk bedrijf, want je moet perse fysieke producten verkopen.

Plaatsen zelf fake reviews om webshops over te halen klant te worden

Overduidelijke onjuiste reviews bedoelt voor concurrenten worden niet verwijderd.

I have received alot of trust pilots than expected and it is much easier to access these

Opmerkingen: Trustpilots are part of my incetive at work so I tend to make sure that my name appear on the platform and trust pilots work the same as google reviews

Valid and User Friendly Platform - A Bit Costly for Small Businesses

Opmerkingen: Overall it has been amazing and we love utilizing TrustPilot for our post order verified reviews.

Pluspunten:

I love the validity that TrustPilot reviews give for a business. The implementation of the connection between our woocommerce site and TrustPilot was seemless. The dashboard for managing reviews is also super user friendly.

Minpunten:

The cost for TrustPilot for a small business is our biggest painpoint. We would love to be able to utilize the "full suite" of options but it is a bit too steep for our budget at this time.

Disappointing Service and Misleading Practices

Unfortunately, my interactions with this company have been utterly disappointing, characterized by a lack of real communication and a failure to adhere to their own stated guidelines. I approached the company with a serious concern that directly contradicted their community guidelines. Rather than receiving a thoughtful response, I was met with robotic, automated replies. These messages, which were ostensibly translated into Danish, failed to address the specific issues I raised. It's perplexing and frustrating to receive a response in a language that suggests no genuine effort to understand my initial communication. Furthermore, the company's reliance on automated responses underlines a significant gap between their professed values and actual practices. It's disheartening to see a company talk about authenticity and customer engagement, only to hide behind generic, automated messages that offer no real solutions or acknowledgments of the problem. The irony is that their replies often reference their guidelines and rules, which, from my experience, they don't seem to follow themselves. This contradiction not only undermines their credibility but also highlights a worrying lack of accountability. For a company that is part of a platform like Trustpilot, which is designed to foster transparency and honest feedback, this behavior is particularly concerning. It's essential for such platforms to represent companies that genuinely interact and engage with their customers. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. In conclusion, I am left with a sense of profound disappointment and frustration. The service I received was far from the sincere, problem-solving approach I expected. If the company is genuinely interested in improving and upholding its standards, I urge them to reevaluate their customer interaction strategies and start practicing what they preach. Until then, I can only advise others to approach this company with caution.

Decent tool to manage all reviews about my business

Pluspunten:

Trustpilot has a very user-friendly UI and UX on their main dashboard. I also really like the UI design choice, for example the stars symbol, they look really pretty

Minpunten:

The tool is not powerful in letting me filter out and know for sure whether the reviewers are authentic people or just bots.

We have discovered that there are too many instances of fake reviews appearing on Trustpilot, especially with regard to "get rich schemes" that appear on Instagram and Tiktok.

Opmerkingen: I find Trust Pilot a highly reliable resource where I can read opinions about services or goods. I feel that it also creates a sense of trust that I am able to have my customers write a potential product feedback. My rating is 10/10 and I continue to use Trust Pilot in the future both professionally and personal.

Pluspunten:

The fact that I am able to stay on track of my customers experience in an easy way with an easily readable grading scale. I also use Trust Pilot when I am looking for a vendor of a service or product to see what others are saying. This feels like an extra layer of purchasing security which could save me thousands of dollars in the future by making the right choices.

I feel that it is now giving me non credible information especially since last year. At the moment, there is a certain financial firm that me and everybody else is complaining that it is a scam. It started operating in August 2023 and suddenly it had more than 700 reviews all of them good.

It is very professional review platform. All reviews are assesed by the platform, hence only reliable review are very helpful. Resulting I know what to expect when doing a first time ordering at a company withour worrying about mal practices.

I trust Trustpilot

Opmerkingen: I am really satisfied, never had problem with online services thanks to Trustpilot.

Pluspunten:

When I am looking for information about e.g. websites that offer services and want to be sure about their reliability, I always check Trustpilot and its reviews. I quickly find the answers, I mean I can "trust" the service or should avoid (or be prepared for any problems), thanks also to the score (up to 5) and the color. The reviews are honest and help me a lot. Ofter they are well detailed and sometimes there is a reply from the companies. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. I highly recommend checking trustpilot before using an online service.
