Pluspunten:

Payroll management feature and the payroll summary might be the best when using Factorial. Has great features and really easy to understand the whole points. Training a new comer employee with this product helps a lot as it can show every process step by step, which we loved.

Minpunten:

Too simple and not fast enough when navigating.

More time to focus on other tasks

Opmerkingen: Reduces paperwork and has a dedicated support experts and consultancy. There is data security and reliability.

Pluspunten:

I have experienced high time saving routine through automation. On top of being easy to use, Factorial has all HR tools required to build an intuitive HR process. Shift management is a desirable feature which helps us in scheduling effortlessly. Integration is impressive too.

Minpunten:

None in my experience. All my expectations were well catered for and I look forward to more achievements.

Opmerkingen: Poor and unhelpful service.Support is useless, if they respond at all.Our account handler keeps sending us PDFs to get us to pay more.

They have changed the pricing on us 4 times increasing each time and now and want us to now double AGAIN

Factorial for Web Developers

Pluspunten:

The interface is very simple and minimalist and easy to use. Best way to check in and keep track of time if you work from home. The process of absence management is also easy.

Minpunten:

Many times the servers go down and you can't start the timer of work until it's fixed. Also, at the end of the month, the extra hours or minutes you have worked don't accumulate in the next month.

Factorial helps us to manage staffs pretty straightforward.

Minpunten:

I have not come accross any major issues as such.

Great HR software

Pluspunten:

Very intuitive and usable software to record hours and record vacations for your work team.

Minpunten:

The signing functionality is very manual. This section could be automated a little.

Great HR and performance tracker

Pluspunten:

I like factorial for its employee management abilities including profile creation and payroll management. It easily tracks task done for perfomance related bonuses.

Minpunten:

The dashboard can be made more user friendly in my considered opinion.

Opmerkingen: overall it's the best HR system we had so far, and i would recomend it to anyone who don't know how to manage his employees

From the customer side the tool is very easy to use, the interface guide the operations needed to do and it can also be used to create companies surveys

Minpunten:

the surveys could be more fine tuned, currently the feature is a nice to have but should be improved to be more scalable

Très dur à mettre en oeuvre, très mauvais accompagnement

Opmerkingen: Expérience très décevante : les formateurs de Factorial verrouillent volontairement les fonctionnalités pour lesquelles nous payons (!) le temps qu'ils soient disponibles pour nous montrer un fonctionnement qui semble simple. Il faut souvent 2 mois à Factorial pour traiter une demande simple et légitime. Et pendant ce temps d'attente, on paye...
Nous avons opté pour une solution 10x moins cher et 10x plus performante, malgré notre engagement sur encore plusieurs mois que Factorial tient à maintenir (un sous est un sous, peu importe le service non-rendu!)

Pluspunten:

Un logiciel bien vendu : une offre qui parait intéressante lors des échanges commerciaux, mais se révèle vite peu opérationnelle

Minpunten:

L'implémentation et la formation L'accompagnement client Le non-respect des promesses faites lors de la vente Le manque d'automatisation du logiciel (choses à faire manuellement!) La durée d'engagement alors que tous les services payés ne fonctionnent pas

Opmerkingen: Je vous le recommande, il est assez difficile d'être déçu par ce logiciel.

Pluspunten:

Une appli simple à utiliser et pratique pour automatiser certaines taches. Pour ceux qui recrutent assez souvent le logiciel est très utile pour gérer toutes ce qui est relative aux ressources humaines grâce à des fonctionnalités intéressantes.

Minpunten:

Pour ma part, il est assez difficile de trouver des défauts à cette application mais seulement souligner le fait qu'il pourrait être plus utile s'il était possible d'intégrer plus d'applications ou de logiciels. Néanmoins, concernant la tache pour laquelle il est créé, il est top.

It looked and felt good overall. The user experience was ok and things were easy to find.

I really dislike the holiday view, specially in big companies. I much prefer BambooHR's calendar view with people's names on it.

User-friendly HR software

Pluspunten:

I like Factorial as it's a very simple and intuitive software. From the employee perspective, I think it's pretty valuable because all the documents are arranged in an orderly manner, and it's possible to upload files both from laptop and mobile devices. The dashboard gathers all the relevant information in one place so it's super easy to stay up to date with the events of the company.

Minpunten:

I haven't tried yet the integration with LinkedIn because Factorial is currently working to release an update, and I am really curious to examine this aspect (as a marketing executive, it's important to me that I can link the two platforms in order to enhance employee engagement)

The possibility to manage all aspects of our employee in the same place and according to Spanish law.

Minpunten:

Factorial could offer more space to upload public documents for the whole company, and the most important to organize them in different folders, like Google drive.

Good software to track working hours in company

Pluspunten:

Its simple and user-friendly UI is its USP. Also, it has a good leave tracking system.

Minpunten:

Initially, this software didn't allow adding 2.5 days of leave into employees' accounts. But later they fixed it.

Overall good experience

Easy to use and very complete for the necessary HR tasks.

The vacations days usage is only set to the american/english experience.
