Having also used a competitor app, I have renewed belief in the ease of managing social media content for clients across multiple platforms. I especially love having the ability to create one post and then edit each channel individually for tagging, etc.

Minpunten:

I am not a fan of the cost of this app. Would still choose it though!

Zoho Social has a post scheduling function that enable us to only release our posts when most of our audience are active to ensure the posts reaches a high number of views. There are incredible analytics that provides us with insightful reports about our social media audience helping us understand how to engage them. It provides us with a central place for collaborating when engaging with our customers across all our social media platforms. It help us to monitor how our social media platforms are performing and guide us on how to improve the returns we get from social media marketing.

Minpunten:

Through it all, Zoho Social remained firm in offering top notch services. We have nothing against it so far.

Opmerkingen: It's a B- overall. It offers everything a beginning to intermediate user needs to handle the automation of social posts. There are extras and add-ins that make it more confusing than it needs to be.

Zoho Social is a fairly straightforward program that allows for automated posting of your content for social channels. It's easy to understand and use.

Minpunten:

It is just fairly vanilla. The interface is simple, but not always informative in the way that you need. There are extras and add-ins that make it more confusing than it needs to be. Selections should be grayed out if they require additional credits. Additionally, why charge for AI Assist when it can be found for free in many other places? It makes it not worth using for the additional hassle.

In my initial engagement with the platform, its interface felt a bit clunky navigating between different accounts and features. Kindly provide training, even a virtual training, will aid with bridging the gap and answering some queries in this regard.

Opmerkingen: My overa ll experience is best as comparing to sitting doing manually and in times we can't do, we can automate, this is best experience.

Pluspunten:

All the pros are good, but should be improved a lot comparing the new apps those coming now with AI and stories

Minpunten:

We can't post or automate Instagram stories which is a big draw back. And facebook groups always keep disconnecting every minute.

Very easy to get started and use. Links up to all the social platforms I use. AI copy prompt.

Minpunten:

limitations uploading certain resolutions to platforms. For example, I can upload a 1920x1080 video directly to X(twitter), but the zoho app needs the video to be a smaller resolution to upload to X. So I don't bother uploading the video to that platform. Too much of a hassle rendering out multiple resolutions.

Pluspunten:

It has a lot of capability and functionalities upon initial setup. It is easy to separate brands, and manage lead capture for each salesperson. All integrations into existing social medias are in Zoho Social at a glance, features are on the same level as of other social tool providers. Interface and workflow management are a piece of cake. Easy to navigate through many layers of data and communication points.

Minpunten:

It is similar to Zoho tools in existing integrations and usual necessity to tweak things internally and upkeep the system. Due to our internal customization of CRM, it was harder to integrate Zoho Social seamlessly. It is hard to manage several languages under one roof, only limited amount of brands can be created. Automation and default pages are barely customizable.

In times where side hustles off your employment job has become necessary source of extra income, I chose to start a cyber business and also do accounting and auditing jobs independently. This is where Zoho Social comes into play. I use it to manage my business social media accounts. I appreciate the fact that it is an easy to implement and setup and perfectly fit with a range of existing tools in my workspace. It is also super simple to use and comes with an incredibly designed UI that Iam able to navigate through all it's features for maximum value for my money. I enjoy being able to schedule the publishing time of my posts to those times that the audience is active on social networks. From a dashboard I can monitor every post across all platforms and Incase of comments I can reply. The pre-built reports are of great use for Iam able to analyse the performance of each post through clicks and views.

Content Management, Scheduling, Reports and analytics are major components needed for my work and Zoho delivers these.

Minpunten:

The fact that Twitter(X) paid features are not available on the platform, for example, text limit. Also, I don't know how much of a fault this is to Zoho, but the level of engagement on posts published via Zoho is low compared to that from the native platforms.

Compared to other platforms Zoho Social is easy to set up and use and it's intuitive interface is a uncomplicated.
