This was an OUTRIGHT LIE, and after using for more than 6 months they still do not have the updated forms. We were told that merging documents would be "easy" and "fast" and it absolutely was not. Accounting in the system is terrible, as you cannot overwrite checks and deposits in Qualia if something changes at the table. > > It was a DISASTER from the get go. The onboarding they require focuses more on trying to sell you additional services that Qualia offers for even more money instead of training.
