As mobile repair store it covers every single thing we could ever want in a POS. It revolutionized the way we did business and made us so much more efficient and organized. My favorite feature is the "low stock" option in the products module. You can set a threshold for each individual item and once the QTY falls below that threshold it will show you in "low stock" and we basically use this list to order or stock. Our previous POS system we would have to manually look up everything to see how many were left and if we needed to re-order yet. They have literally made changes to their entire platform based on our feedback - what could possibly make one feel more appreciated as a customer than that? The worst part, I used this software for more than 6 years, but they thought that a single client was not a problem to leave, only because from time to time, paypal or the bank, did not accept the monthly payment. > > Until last year, everything was fine as an experience, but the last 6 months have been a problem. I was pretty shocked when I was booted as a client and they did not want to do business with me anymore, because paypal had tried twice to get the money (30$/months) within 5 days, and said that there were insufficient funds. I must admit, this has happened other times at the beginning of the month, but none of that was my fault but the bank vs paypal communication. However it does not justify the fact that they decided to cut ties with me and that I was problematic on the payment. I offered to pay in advance, or to pay directly, but they accepted only paypal subscription.
