You can make an infinite number of email flows, campaigns, text campaigns, form, etc. It can be super granular, you can connect it to Facebook for creating custom audiences, it tracks everything from customer purchase frequency to when they are active on site, etc.&#10;&#10;I sent out weekly campaigns and it does a great job and allowing me to format them the exact way I want it.

> **Minpunten**: Their pricing is honestly insane.&#10;&#10;I got grandfathered in so I pay a super discounted rate but if I were a new customer looking for an email marketing platform I probably wouldn't go with Klaviyo simply because once you start to scale the cost is ridiculous.
