> **Pluspunten**: The customer support is excellent. They are fast, friendly and always helpful. Our main point of contact is \[sensitive content hidden\], and he is fantastic. There have been times that I have asked multiple questions in a day, and he is always patient and helpful.

> **Minpunten**: It was just an adjustment, but the program itself is great. There were a few issues we had during our transition, but they were always handled quickly.

> We have been very pleased overall with our experience. The team is wonderful to work with, and we have been able to organize and monitor more aspects of our business thanks to the program.

> **Minpunten**: Sometimes it's clunky when it comes to reports and how to process and run those. Because there are hundreds of options, it's sometimes very difficult. That and every transaction prints a receipt. It would be nice to have an option not to print.

> **Minpunten**: Generating acknowledgement letters is somewhat difficult, I find it hard to locate and edit the letters that are there, and when I think I have the correct one, it's not. Notification emails breakdown are somewhat crazy looking for me, because I send quite a few and each membership program has its own line item, it would be nice if it can be condensed.

> I am very happy with Veevart, I am so glad we have this program. Like I said, The reporting is great customizing the dashboards is so helpful. And everyone there is so nice.
