The Spacebase team is always very open and timely in addressing any requests or updates we have. > > **Minpunten**: -It is sometimes difficult to understand why certain entries are being done through the system and we sometimes have to do manual JVs to correct. However, some of this could be specific to the airline industry and not all a Spacebase issue. -It would also be helpful to have report writer access to create custom reports, but the team has been very helpful in creating new reports as needed. -When system updates are made, it would also be helpful to get notices as these are happening so we know if they impact anything that we are doing. -I am not sure if this is possible, but would be helpful if there was a way to do batch modifications or additions. There are a lot of screens to go through for each addition or modification so if there is any way to simplify this in high volume months, would be something to look at. > > Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Spacebase\! The team is great to work with and the tool is very easy to use. I am still learning certain aspects and innerworkings of the system with 2025 being the first full year on the new tool. We also had a change in organization structure this year and the person that did most of the system setup has moved on to another position leaving a bit of a knowledge gap. With me now being the main point person for leases, this has given me the opportunity to spend a lot of time this year learning more of the tool. With the help of the Spacebase team, this transition has been much smoother. ----- ### "General Review" — 4.0/5 > **shivaraj** | *24 mei 2023* | Computersoftware | Aanbevelingsscore: 5.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: Easy reference to my lease details, and also provides insight on on lease deals. Quick one stop solution for all my lease needs > > **Minpunten**: Still could me more robust helping with additional reports > > Good ----- ### "Spacebase Review" — 4.0/5 > **Jason** | *18 juli 2025* | Vastgoed | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: The thing I like most about Spacebase is how easily it organizes out rental leases and contracts and allows for quick navigation. > > **Minpunten**: I would like to see more AI features. Possible where it can scan a contract in pinpoint key data and allow you to set parameters. > > I highly recommend it and hope to watch it grow. I've looked in to using other platforms but always come back to Spacebase. ----- ### "Great tool - Easy implementation + Very user friendly" — 5.0/5 > **Brett** | *19 juli 2025* | Financiële dienstverlening | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: No fluff, easy to use lease administration. Clean UI means its easy to find exactly what you are looking for with few clicks. I really love the lease abstraction service that the team offers (paid). It helps take some of the busy work off my plate and then I can spend my time reviewing those abstractions vs. pulling out all of the data. > > **Minpunten**: Nothing noteworthy comes to mind. I've utilized Spacebase at the past two companies with overwhelming success. Their team is really quick to respond if/when you have feedback or questions, so I know I can count on them to help me out if I get in a pinch. > > Easy implementation. Great support. Abstraction team is thorough. Account management team is very helpful and there for you if you have any questions\! ----- Pagina: 1 / 3\ Volgende: [Volgende pagina](https://www.capterra.be/software/155678/spacebase?page=2) ## Links - [Bekijk op Capterra](https://www.capterra.be/software/155678/spacebase) ## Deze pagina is beschikbaar in de volgende talen | Locatie | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Gestructureerde gegevens
