Special shoutouts to its VM feature where it redirects the VM to my email which really helps me to be aware of someone has been calling me whenever I'm so busy at doing other things. In addition to that, the automatic transcribing gives an edge compared to other tools, as someone who is not a native English speaker, that is very useful\!
