By the time I've contacted support, I've already tried to solve the issue six ways from Sunday as I am very familiar with how the software works, so a call is usually my last resort and going around in circles with AI doesn't do it for me, especially given we pay upwards of $15,000 for the gold tier support. The software has evolved over the years and some things are better some are worse. It is great at job costing and the customizable reports help you get just what information you need easily. You have to create a different calculation for every employee for every payrate.
