This issue has been reported and is currently being investigated by the Enrolmy team. However, customer personal details can still be viewed via the Enrolmy Provider app. In addition, there are certain elements of the system that we are unable to amend directly, such as the reallocation of credits. It's a vast system that takes a bit of getting used to but when you have the support of the team at Enrolmy it makes life so much easier. Everything is in one place and it makes an administrators job easier to monitor and keep on top of. The initial set up for parents is longer than our previous provider but it is because it asks for all the details that we require to keep children safe.
