Opmerkingen: We gebruiken de software nu ongeveer een 2-tal jaren voor de registratie van onze bezoekers. Onze algemene ervaring met Vizito is zeker positief. Het is zeer toegankelijk voor de bezoekers, maar ook zeer eenvoudig in gebruik voor ons als bedrijf.
De implementatie en support verliep zeer vlot bij opstart.
Een pluspunt is ook dat de after service steeds van hoge kwaliteit is. Er wordt pro-actief mee gezocht naar oplossingen en verbeterpunten.

Pluspunten:

Vizito is zeer toegankelijk en eenvoudig in gebruik, zowel voor ons als organisatie, als voor de bezoekers die zich aanmelden met de software.

Minpunten:

Het gebruik van Vizito binnen onze organisatie verloopt zeer vlot. We hebben tot nu geen minpunten mogen vaststellen. Als we met vragen of bemerkingen zitten kunnen we ook steeds terecht bij de after service, dewelke steeds vlot en vriendelijk verloopt.

Makkelijk te gebruiken, personaliseerbaar per bedrijf, ook mogelijk om meerdere bedrijven toe te voegen.

Minpunten:

Back office is niet altijd even makkelijk maar wel veel hulp van support

Eenvoudige toepassing op maat van het bedrijf aan een correcte prijs. Aanpassingen worden vlot doorgevoerd.

Pluspunten:

Snel en correct registreren van de bezoekers. Je kan perfect nagaan wie in het gebouw aanwezig is, alsook met wie ze een meeting hebben.

Easy, Secure & Competitive

Opmerkingen: Visitor registration in line with GDPR. We previously had a book however other visitors were able to see who previous visitors were.

Pluspunten:

Works on Android tablets which is great as i don't see the need for an expensive Apple tablet just to run a registration system. Some good features, most importantly documents/agreements for things like health and safety. Support is good and the value for money compared to similar products is great.

Minpunten:

I think the product could be a bit more attractive in terms of its interface. I also initially had an issue of my tablet locking rather than staying on the sign in screen but i think i made an error with the settings.

Much needed and loved tool!

Opmerkingen: By using Vizito, our receptionist had more to to answer calls of emails and do her administrative tasks.
We can always know how many visitors are currently in the building and can pull statistics on the number of visitors per day/month, ... .

Pluspunten:

Touchless signin, easy-to-follow steps to sign in.

Minpunten:

No touchless singout available (that we know of).

Good working system but needs improvement

Opmerkingen: would be good if the space inside was structured accordingly , there are a lot of spaces that could have been utilised for convenience of reloading the labelss, would have been better if there are other ways to customise the position the printer and the output labels....

Customizable Visitor Management Software

Opmerkingen: A far better solution to pen & paper.

Pluspunten:

The level of customization of this software allowed us to gather the information of visitors which we require. Every step the visitor goes through can be customized. The visitors only enter the data we need and are not forced to enter that which we do not, this provides a fast and easy sign-in process. The ability to serve different forms depending on the visitor type is great.

Minpunten:

ID scanning and OCR using the rear camera of the tablet is a desired feature.

Convenient system, but with some complications.

Opmerkingen: Overall, very convenient and powerful registration system, with a lot of options and tools.

Pluspunten:

Registration of guests, inviting guests, getting notified, automatic connection with printer. The overall functionality is lovely once it is all setup and works as expected.

Minpunten:

The fact that other label printers did not work that well with the system and that the recommended brother printer often (when labels are reloaded), loses connection to the iPad we setup. This results in at least once a week reset of the systems connection with the iPad and Printer. This gets annoying.

Ease of use an how any visitor of any ages can just come in and use this with no hassle at all.

A good, complete and cheap visitor management tool

Opmerkingen: We are very happy with this tool. From the beginning all is working well, and we haven't had problems.

Pluspunten:

This tool is very easy and quick to deploy. For us, this tool covers all functionalities that we needed.We love its chat suport. They always solve our questions very quick.And the price is very interesting.

Minpunten:

As a detail, we would like to select the field that the visitor selects when he does the check-out. Currently we only can use the same field that the guest use to search hisself within the registered visitors list.

Minpunten:

If there is one small drawback to mention, it is that the response time of the mobile app on the iPad could occasionally be a little bit faster sometimes. Furthermore, it might be helpful to have a phone application for the admin side, allowing us to easily and quickly access check-ins/check-outs on this. However, this small delay had minimal impact on our overall positive experience with Vizito.

Works as expected

Opmerkingen: Compared to other tablet apps that we have used (for other functionality, not just visitor management) this is responsive, and does what we expect it to do. It's rare that I have to do anything due to issues being rare

The self sign in, visitor registration and the badge printing functionality are the main parts that we use, they are reliable and work exactly as expected.

Minpunten:

We had issues initially when using this system however credit to the support team, they were able to help and since they problems have been rare

Opmerkingen: Vizito made it possible to give us an overview of which external people are in house. During registration we also provide some mandatory safety and hygiene rules which now is also provable during audits.

Pluspunten:

A custom made very easy to use and visual package. It enables us to get an overview of which visitors and contractors are in house and we can make easily a list of them when there is an evacuation.

Minpunten:

The integration of a color label printer wasn't possible or we were unable to get it working despite several telephone calls with the friendly helpdesk. A black and white labels printer was successfully installed and still operational.

Great Software for a reasonable price!

Opmerkingen: We have been using the software for 2 years and the overall experience has been great.

Pluspunten:

We use the software so that we can keep track of who enters and leaves the facility for food safety and for our emergency response plans. This software was easy to set up and start using right away. We can add specific waivers or legal documents for signature as needed. We can easily download the logs for our food safety program. And the software is easy to use on an IPAD and allows for touchless and self-checkin/out.

Minpunten:

I have not had any issues with this software. Any questions were quickly answered by Vizito staff.

Software that will help you do your job - easier, faster, more efficient

Pluspunten:

Very good software for visitor management and registration. Vizito is very easy to use with a lot of different features for small and big companies. It is also GDPR complient. Higly recommend it!

Minpunten:

Depending of the local laws and regulations - maybe in the future implement face recognition for repeat guests.

Use of Vizito at Samsonite

Opmerkingen: Vizito is a great tool to do visitor registration.
Internally it’s also used to register employees who forgot their badge at home.
After our great experience in our headquarters in Oudenaarde, Belgium, we also implemented Vizito in our Tumi Warehouse in Unna, Germany.

Pluspunten:

Easy to setup and easy to use for our visitors. Good direct contact with Vizito. Nearly no downtime since implementation.

Minpunten:

So far, we didn’t have any negative experience while using Vizito for visitor registration,

Opmerkingen: The people of Vizito are professionals who think along to always find a solution. They tackled our problem and took care of us down to the last detail. Highly recommended!

Clean and simple

Opmerkingen: We don't have that much visitors on site but if we do we always know that the host will be notified. The visitor only has to do the bare minimum to announce themselves.

Pluspunten:

It's very intuitive for both the administrator as (first time) users/visitors.

Minpunten:

LDAP / Active Directory integration would be a nice add on for the lower priced packages as well, but it isn't a must.
