> **Minpunten**: For the roofing industry they do not always seem the most knowledgeable about how to help us. Their examples seem to be plumbing or concrete which doesn't always apply to what we are trying to do.
> 
> The people have been super friendly from the start, and they do always try to help. Being able to use the chat to start support is great as well. I do my best to attend their webinars about new features as well.

> **Minpunten**: Importing material prices is VERY cumbersome. You have to manually import prices which is time consuming. Every item has to be manually entered and often the user has to convert vendor pricing to user pricing, again very time consuming.

> I've been working with this software for three + weeks and have yet to complete an estimate. I am very frustrated.

We're beginning to explore linking Stack with Sage Intacct for accounting which is a great feature if it works as described. Customer support is always quick and responsive.

> **Minpunten**: The servers sometimes have issues causing lag. There have been a lot of changes to the UI recently which causes a minor learning curve for each patch, but overall, it's not a big deal.
> 
> I've implemented Stack at 2 construction companies now. One of them as an MEP sub and one as a demolition sub. It's worked great for both if you know how to build it.

> **Minpunten**: I wish Stack offered some multi-year discounts that didn't require an upfront payment. From an actual performance side, however, there's nothing to complain about.
> 
> We've been using stack for over 5 years now, and I can't see that changing anytime soon. We've had minimal issues with the service, the customer support has always been top-notch, and the platform is great.
