Spreadsheet killer! Super flexible software with a ton of use scenarios!
Must-Have Blend of Spreadsheet and Database
Opmerkingen: Airtable is fantastic. I've made it a part of basically every publication and content hygiene process we have, and have recommended it to all our clients. If you work in marketing, this tool should definitely be at the top of your software stack.
Pluspunten:
Airtable has been a genuinely game-changing piece of software for my business. I can't think of another tool that makes managing the content lifecycle so effortless. The way you can organise bases, set up automations, and easily manage everything from social media to email campaigns to content assets is exceptional, to the point where I've made it an integral part of our content processes with clients.
Minpunten:
Overall, Airtable is an excellent tool. If I was being picky, the two negatives that have stood out to me are the pricing (it gets quite expensive if you have multiple users working in a base) and the fact that it's not great at certain types of data management due to the way records work. You can't necessarily replicate everything you can do in Excel/Sheets here; it's much better as a way to track and manage assets than as a mathematical tool.
Airtable is our data management system
Opmerkingen: Using connections, we connect records in Airtable to other services like Eventbrite, Asana, MailChimp, and more. Workflows are then finished with the help of automation. While it's possible to find a template that fits your needs, it's well worth your time to learn how to create your own.
Pluspunten:
Airtable is a simple, collaborative database app. As long as the engineering team isn't too huge, working together on a bill of materials (BOM) is straightforward. One of my favorite features is the ability to create filtered views that are unique to each user.
Minpunten:
When a company's workforce size increases, Airtable's price tag skyrockets. The options for exporting are restricted. Airtable is not the place to store documents. Airtable does not support complicated equations. The user interface isn't always the most obvious.
It is another perspective on project management.
Opmerkingen: We have this platform in mind within our company because it easily adapted to what we were looking for, which is to be able to track everything, both the management of a project and maintaining contact with clients linked to each project. The implementation of Airtable in my work environment maintains easy collaboration between work teams, it has allowed me to develop creativity by being able to enforce each guideline of a project, it is very interesting how everything is more organized with a tool like this. It is not necessary to have deep knowledge of this type of platform, despite the fact that it has a learning curve, the interface makes the work much simpler than it seems, thus being able to easily focus on just the management of projects in a collaborative way.
Pluspunten:
It allows the visualization of projects in different ways, this flexibility helps us to make management easier depending on the preferences of each user in how they want to work. In addition, it is very easy to apply labels to each task, the reports have several formats and are very customizable. The number of platforms with which I can integrate with Airtable is another plus point, I love how I can easily connect tools from other sites which allows me to speed up my work, thus being able to practically automate my entire process of managing my projects. The useful form function is not lacking, where I can capture data to be able to apply it within the projects I worked on and continue to work on. Also, its mobile application is very complete, it is quite useful when at specific times we need to do something in the projects and only have a smartphone available, making all the work much faster and everything is done more fluidly because everything works on the fly with the mobile application.
Minpunten:
I must mention a con that has impacted me during the expansion of Airtable is that as more features are integrated, I have found that a learning curve has been added that was not present in the beginning of this platform. In addition, over time, the price has increased without any justification where other platforms seem more attractive and accessible since they offer the same features but maintain a considerable price for both individual users and companies of any size. Another complaint I have about this is that it has a limitation on the size of the attached files for each base. It could be logical that depending on the plan you have, the size of the file to upload varies, but it seems that this platform does not take this into account, so regardless of the plan you get, this will be a limitation to be able to attach important files that have a size that Airtable handles. The good thing is that it accepts any type of file, so it is somewhat acceptable.
Not bad but not great
Pluspunten:
It is easy for crm and player data being stored.
Minpunten:
Not too helpful and not easy to use for different task.
Overwogen alternatieven:
Best no-code database for non-technical users
Opmerkingen: Airtable is my choice for nocode relational databases and it's surprisingly
Pluspunten:
Great concept of modern nocode database Simple yet so powerful Connectivity
Minpunten:
Interfaces are not great and face some limitations IMO Record limits and pricing are a bit demanding for entrepreneurs and SME's
This is the cool brother of your office package
Opmerkingen: It has been extremely beneficial and we use it absolutely every day. There are drawbacks, for sure, but once you learn how to navigate it and use this tool, it will be game-changing.
Pluspunten:
Airtable feels like the cool brother of Office packages out there. It is great for keeping track of project statuses, or the status of work left undone. It also allows you to build forms that will populate the data in their version of spreadsheet, which is highly powerful and supports some cool features, such as complex relational data structures, that usually other competitors don't.
Minpunten:
There are a few downsides to Airtable. As a user, they could offer better reporting and analytics, this way our teams could better understand what is working and what could go better just by assessing data. Also, sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming to use its customisation options.
Airtable is a MUST have for business and for life!
Opmerkingen: I love Airtable and have been a user for about seven years. I use it daily for my business and my personal life. It keeps everything organized just the way I like it. The visual customization of the tables is crucial for someone like me who is a visual learner. Now with the introduction of ChatGPT I can expand my Airtable functionality by providing scripts and formulas that I otherwise would not be able to create.
Pluspunten:
I love almost everything about Airtable. It's functionality is unmatched and I love the customization that's available. The automations are a life saver.
Minpunten:
I hate the cost. It's unbearably expensive for a one-person business who needs to have their clients be able to use the platform. It would be easier to digest if collaborator billing was on a tiered plan or if the admin/owner price was slightly higher to avoid making collaborators billable.
Airtable truly is a powerful database for the rest of us.
Opmerkingen: I run our entire company on Airtable. It started small and got bigger and more complex over the years. I could not have done it with any other similar platform. A tiny bit of coding can make your life on Airtable even easier—and the best part is that ChatCPT can write those lines of code for Airtable in no time. It's a dream-come-true.
Pluspunten:
The simplicity of a spreadsheet. The power of a full-blown, but easy-to-use database.
Minpunten:
There is a tiny bit of a learning curve, but once you've understood the thinking behind everything, it's all logical and easy.
great for project management!
Opmerkingen: Overall, I have used Airtable for multiple clients in order to keep track of the blogs or social media posts I'm creating for them and to post them in Airtable for approval. It's excellent for collaboration projects. I also love the free version as it offers a lot of functionality for a price you obviously cannot beat!
Pluspunten:
- I love the list style of Airtable - I love the card functionality where I can leave notes to my team - The categories are useful for keeping track of what state a card is in: for example if a card is in progress vs complete
Minpunten:
Initial set up is sort of time consuming and confusing but once I watched a YouTube video I totally understood. Other than that, no complaints!
Great organizational tool
Opmerkingen: I use it daily for inventory management.
Pluspunten:
The ease of setting up tables and managing inventory
Minpunten:
It can sometimes be a little finicky getting things to work exactly as you want them.
Overwogen alternatieven:
Our Team Went From Zero Organization to Project Pipeline Wizards
Opmerkingen: By using Airtable we are able to communicate with our clients better using the "Calendar" base. We are able to show our clients what we are doing for them the entire month. Being transparent with them and having this very cool interactive Calendar that shows our reports and ad creative really puts us at a whole new level in their eyes.
Pluspunten:
This software is super easy to use and has so many different options for "viewing" which allows something for everybody. There are so many different connections as well and the Block features allow our team to be very efficient with our client projects.
Minpunten:
There is no way to reach out to somebody on customer support. I wish there was a chat option for customer support. There really isn't any training that comes alot with it. There are some videos but if there was a way to setup a webinar with an account manager there to help us learn more ways we could be using it, that would be ideal.
Completely indispensable for us!
Opmerkingen: Despite it's cost and some features we'd still like to see, Airtable is an absolute no-brainer for us. We can track our constituents and their engagement so much more easily than with Excel or a random CRM that doesn't really match our needs. I also have moved most of my content planning, resource banking, quote caching, and attendance taking to Airtable. It's honestly SO multifunctional!
Pluspunten:
First: It's a database that is actually aesthetically attractive. AND it's easier to use and manipulate than Excel. AND you can custom build what you need, rather than finagling a pre-built CRM for your specific needs. Also all of the different visual ways of looking at the data/records are key.
Minpunten:
There are some features that are still lacking. Like the ability to read what's in a cell and do something with that information. It's also quite expensive, especially for a non-profit like us.
Overwogen alternatieven:
Airtable
Opmerkingen:
I love Airtable. I can't leave it for any other alternative out there, free and whatnot. Our data is easily accessible, trackable and so much easier to manage and manipulate with real-time impact.
Airtable functions smoothly within our workflows, it's easy to manage, and is highly scalable. We love it.
Pluspunten:
Automations! Automating workflows is very important for my business because we are very few and manage a huge customer base. This takes a lot off our plates and we can focus more on the tasks we can't automate. Workflows such as weekly digests, where we send a different message to customers in different views, with specific data respective to each group. For us, automation is the real deal!
Minpunten:
I can't really complain about Airtable's shortcomings to be really honest. But I guess that's just me. However, one problem I assume new users face though is the realization that they still need a lot of their Excel and spreadsheet skills here with Airtable formulas. It is not as friendly in that department to inexperienced users. I suppose that could be a con for new users not proficient with Excel sheets or spreadsheets in general.
Overwogen alternatieven:
Once I started using it, any other table option makes me turn off
Opmerkingen: It absolutely gives me the edge in planning my work.
Pluspunten:
Just the variaties of ways to show data - table, kanban, gallery, calendar, timeline, form! Its incredibly versatile and means you can craft it to many different types of people from CEO, to Marketing, to Finance.
Minpunten:
The only downside I can see is that the per-seat amount can get high for multiple team members, I wish this could be lower or to only include core team members in that amount while having 'visitors' that have less access in the document.
Powerful and Flexible Database Management with Airtable
Opmerkingen: Overall, Airtable is an incredibly powerful and flexible database management tool that makes it easy to capture, organize, and access data. Its intuitive interface and powerful features make it easy to customize my database to fit my needs. While it can be expensive and overwhelming for some users, its learning curve is manageable.
Pluspunten:
Airtable is an extremely powerful and flexible database management tool that allows me to quickly capture, organize, and access data across multiple platforms. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to set up and manage my database, and its powerful features allow me to customize my database to fit my needs.
Minpunten:
Despite its powerful capabilities, Airtable does have some drawbacks. Its pricing structure can be confusing and expensive for some users, and its customization options can be overwhelming. Additionally, some users may find its learning curve to be steep.
Overwogen alternatieven:
Seamless Organization and Automation
Opmerkingen: Airtable has transformed our workflow. It lets us organize, manage, and automate our projects and tasks in a way that's tailored to our unique needs. The customization options are endless, and we've created the perfect interface for every project. We plan to continue to expand our use of Airtable and are actually now hiring a new team member to look after data, which I suspect will further our use of Airtable.
Pluspunten:
We love Airtable's outstanding automation and linking features. Automating repetitive tasks and connecting our data to other platforms has been a breeze, saving us a lot of manual work. The interface is so user-friendly that it hardly feels like we're dealing with a database. We can easily create custom views for different projects, and it's great to be able to adjust the interface to meet our specific needs. I personally really like the calendar and kanban views, and the easy to build dashboards and highly flexible interfaces. These have allowed us to modernize old processes.
Minpunten:
Initially, there was a bit of a learning curve with Airtable. But once we got the hang of it, the possibilities seemed endless and we want to integrate it even further into our work. The only real con we’ve encountered has to do with the need to add collaborators to a base, and accordingly the cost associated with this.
Excellent application integration and fast database creation
Opmerkingen: Using Airtable, we are able to consolidate data for teams working in different locations, ensuring that everyone always has access to the most up-to-date information. I can organize and analyze seemingly impossible data on a spreadsheet with the help of Airtable, and I can even perform some really deep reasoning without knowing how to code.
Pluspunten:
I appreciate the adaptability. With the help of drop-down menus, department-specific colors, and the ability to sort data by any number of criteria, I can easily organize my data into useful chunks. Though I'm only just getting started with Airtable, I'm enjoying my time with it and am looking forward to learning all there is to know about it.
Minpunten:
It can be cumbersome to keep track of which users have access to certain databases and tables, therefore you may prefer to use a different platform when communicating with stakeholders.
Game changer
Opmerkingen: Our team uses Airtable as a centralized location to track our project progress. We've even hacked it as a CRM on occasion, and used it for event planning, reporting--anything that requires you to organize lots of information in a standardized way. The resistance to using yet another platform was strong at first, but once we got into it, everyone has become an Airtable advocate.
Pluspunten:
When a co-worker recommended Airtable, I was predictably skeptical. Who needs yet another spreadsheet software I said, with an internal (ok, maybe external) eye roll. But this is no mere spreadsheet platform. It is the only one you will ever need. Ever. Again. The functionality that make it worth it to switch from Excel or Google Sheets might seem insignificant when you look at them on a features list. Colored labels, grouping, filtering, view options, etc. But you have no idea what a big difference they make! Airtable makes it possible to put in all the data you have, but the key to its success is it lets you filter it down to only the essential information you need to see to make the decisions in front of you. It's the database that actually helps with decision-making. And the more I use it, the more uses I find for it!
Minpunten:
There are very few cons to Airtable. It's simple to use, and the potential is limitless. Once you start putting bases together, you just don't want to stop! One thing that is slightly non-intuitive is the relationship (or lack thereof) between different "tabs" of data. Read up on those before you go that route. You can also start getting out of hand pretty quickly with creating lots of different views, but nothing a little intentionality can't address. We trained our entire team on using Airtable for project management, and it's been the best decision we ever made.
Love the loads of options! Hate the exposure of our content!
Opmerkingen: Our experience has been great outside the frustration of the exposure of the public view URL. We wouldn't be able to offer this portion of our services to our customers without a much more expensive custom solution. It was pretty intuitive to work with even some of the more advanced aspects of database creation. And the airtable community even gave us some really solid walkthroughs on some much more advanced integration with google drive through the use of integromat. I was pretty impressed with what we could achieve. The support team responded quite kindly from the request to find some code changes that might allow us to remove the external link from the embed views, but they have not actually addressed the issue with a solution.
Pluspunten:
We came to airtable because we were looking for a solution to index the massive amounts of files in our google drive and make them SEARCHABLE by many different criteria. (We were frustrated that google drive, dropbox, etc did not use real TAGS - and even what they did offer was not searchable by our clients who are not logged in) Airtable blows everything I've found out of the water in terms of types of fields (from URLs to emails to multi-select text options, etc) linked records, dates, etc. And they are all wonderfully searchable and sortable. We also love the ability to link records, create forms, etc. In short- airtable gave us the ONLY solution we could find that also was at a price that was VERY reasonable.
Minpunten:
The embeddable PUBLIC view has a major problem for us (and MANY others if you read the forums) We CAME to airtable for this function of being able to give our customers an embedded view (in our website) of our tables. And I'm thrilled that it WORKS WELL. I'd love to give them a bit prettier options to sort and filter. (The functions work GREAT but non-savvy clients might take a while to figure it out) My main complaint - and a complaint of MANY airtable users on the forums - is that the "public view" has both a non-removable branding logo on the bottom of the embed (even in the highest paid tiers) and it ALSO has a non-removable "View larger version" link at the bottom of the embed. If you click the "View larger version" link... it opens up a new browser window and exposes the URL of the public view of the table. So if your content is SUPPOSED to be behind a paywall for your customers... they can now see the URL, copy it, bookmark it, cancel their subscription, and still have access to all of your content. Or they can share that URL with anyone else they want! Airtable has been asked to remove these from the embed window for years. Personally I don't care at all that the logo is there. But we REALLY need to remove the "View larger version" link. We would go with the 3rd party miniExtensions - their portals look GREAT - but unfortunately our platform at Mighty Networks does not accept their iframe embeds. (but it DOES work with airttable iframes!)
Wonderful solution to spreadsheets, needs more restrictive access, tech support needs improvement.
Opmerkingen: We can have many views of the same data in one place without duplicating the data. Each person can have their own view based on the data they need to see. The biggest benefit we've had is time saving and the ability to access this data anywhere, at any time.
Pluspunten:
Last year I was on the search for a solution to replace XLS and found Airtable. Previously we were using microsoft xls, as we found even GoogleDocs didn't work for our purpose. We produce hundreds and up to thousands of products for one event and previously used xls to keep track of production and for by line item invoicing purposes. The ability to have all the data in one spreadsheet but then filter things out in a specific view that allows you to see only what you want is useful and makes it so you don't have to have multiple spreadsheets with the same data. For example we have an invoicing view, that's filtered easily to show costs. Then a post event inventory view where clients can see what they can use for next event. We also have a QC view where our team members can easily QC the product without all the unnecessary data in their view/way. We also use filters to easily show us what still needs to be approved and what is left to be produced for the event. It's a been a great way for us to manage large scale projects and our clients love it. Also, the fact that it has a phone app is helpful to us since we work events, we are constantly on the road traveling and not always at a computer. The ability to download the spreadsheets is simple also, so when I need to create an XLS file to accompany our invoice, this is simple and easy for me to do.
Minpunten:
The #1 priority for improvement that every Airtable user complains about is the lack of restrictive access. Access is "all or nothing" so if I give my clients "Read" access, they're only limited to one view and can't edit or note anything. If we give them "Edit" access they are able to edit anything in our entire database, including our pricing, so that doesn't work. We want, for example, a customer to be able to go and note/change info for one column and not be able to add/remove anything. For example they could go in and put "approved" for a line item that they approve for production, but can't change any cells not in that column. I'm not confident in their tech support at this time . Recently we had some data loss issues that created mass concern. We added data to specific cells in an existing spreadsheet, and the next day the data was gone. Airtable keeps record of any change in a cell and there was no record of us ever entering the data, like it never happened. We provided specific examples and their explanation of "packet loss" on our end makes zero sense. Based on data that we entered that day, we added a photo, then added a date, photo, then date... all the photos stuck, the dates did not, so it would mean that every other second a packet data loss happened? They still haven't given a suitable answer to this, and if you can't rely on the data you enter being there, that's made us think twice about moving to the paid version, which we were about to.
Overwogen alternatieven:
Quite possibly the most valuable piece of software that I've ever used.
Opmerkingen: I use airtable to keep track of everything in my work and personal lives. It has huge advantages over classic spreadsheets (many more features) and is a great, user friendly way to allow regular non-technical people to create complex databases without them even realizing it. I try everything on the web and I've used numerous spreadsheet, database and app builders and Airtable blows all of them out of the water and so far out of the water that they are no longer visible.
Pluspunten:
Airtable's flexibility to be configured and used for almost anything in the universe that you'd like to track is the best thing about this app.
Minpunten:
Almost unheard of these days, but I'd like to see real-time support via chat or phone. Email just doesn't work for me.
Wonderful project management tool, with great capabilities that make collaboration easy.
Opmerkingen: My arranging exercises are much more organized with Airtable, I have diminished the sum of paper, computer program and other assets required for movement arranging. I get cautions when unused data is distributed and can respond quicker when modern assignments are required. I make less botches when it comes to referencing assembly notes, everybody included can include information specifically to the Airtable stage rather than sending standard notes to other individuals. Airtable has given us with an environment stacked with capacities and highlights that have permitted us to work in a more organized way, arrange our ventures superior, and make beyond any doubt that we are not lost any critical assignments. The affect inside my organization has been very positive and the advancements apparent; In brief, it has secured numerous of our needs and has given the organization the capacity to create the status of the ventures unmistakable.
Pluspunten:
It features a brilliant client interface with unmistakable regions for work exercises, charts, and messages, it's fundamentally like drawing work arranging exercises on a whiteboard, but we will do it online and get real-time overhauls. Airtable has great versatility, it can be compelling for bunches of course, but it can too work fair for myself to remain organized on objectives and due dates. I cherish how adaptable and multifunctional Airtable can be; In expansion, the effortlessness with which the tables are made is mind blowing, as is sifting and gathering information; In my organization we utilize it to track and take after up on tasks, ventures, cooperation of work groups, capacity and reinforcement of worker information and more; It could be a exceptionally flexible device.
Minpunten:
Airtable is a fantastic tool, both graphically and practically; unfortunately, the automation is still a little clumsy. On the other hand, I prefer to utilize software with a set price because the cost might rise over time when we pay monthly; if there was a version that we could install on our own servers, that would be ideal.
A fantastic tool for almost any project
Opmerkingen: As a company, we've explored various project management tools over the past few years, and we've confidently settled on AirTable as our top choice.I highly recomment it.
Pluspunten:
I appreciate how user-friendly AirTable is, thanks to its straightforward onboarding, color coding, and flexibility. I've used AirTable in my last two jobs, and it has boosted my team's efficiency enormously. Our teams rely on AirTable daily to oversee a wide range of projects, from small projects to complex ones. My favorite feature of AirTable is the ability to use filters to quickly access specific data. This is incredibly useful for assessing project status and team capacity, which, in turn, helps with future assignments. AirTable is versatile, catering to both entry-level users for managing individual tasks and supervisors seeking insights into team performance and project allocation.
Minpunten:
Documentation could be improved, I would say.
fantastic solution for information-oriented project management
Pluspunten:
* lends itself well to building information tracking resources * simple data-driven layout * scalable project areas my operations team uses airtable to manage a lot of information flow and have converted complex tracking resources into the airtable format. the fact that we now utilize the app for a lot of these solutions is a testament to its immediate strengths. i enjoy how airtable doesn't necessarily force me into any specific workflow, which has been the major reason why other project management solutions don't work--everyone has a different philosophy around project management.
Minpunten:
* pricing model * learning curve * communication management * lack of certain standard features there are a lot of glaring pain points that my team encounters on a weekly basis which makes airtable, not necessarily the perfect solution but rather the best we've found so far. first off, airtable is too expensive for my company based specifically on their pricing model. to note, airtable charges per user per workspace. each member of my team manages specific projects related to a different area of the business. for ease of organization, we have a separate airtable workspace built to accomodate each employee. for example, we have a workspace for finance projects and a workspace for customer support projects. from a visual project management standpoint, this makes the most sense. sometimes our finance manager will need to engage and comment on a project base going on in the customer support workspace and vice versa. this engagement occurs daily. if you're a single user, incredibly small team or your company is client-based (where these costs would go into your billing), airtable's pricing model may not be much of a hinderance. there is a high learning curve when you get started. this is about a week of tutorials and deep-diving into the app. a lot of this time was spent modifying personal workflows to best utilize airtable. after that week of hair-pulling and a lot of cursing at our computer screens everything immediately became easier. one strong flaw in airtable is its team communication solutions. you have the ability to run comment strings on individual data rows, but an overall tab dedicated to general discussion would be immensely helpful to streamline discussion and reduce the amount of hunting/pecking for information. for a project management solution, airtable is fairly weak at offering seemingly standard task management features like scheduled notifications and workback timelines. after enough online digging, you can sometimes stumble upon a "good enough" solution. on this subject, archiving is not at all available, which is one of the more "seriously?" missing features.
The Evolution Of The Spreadsheet
Opmerkingen: Airtable is a refreshing new look at what spreadsheets can be. It is great for organizations with varying degrees of user experiences with spreadsheets. And if your organization uses spreadsheets quite extensively, then this might be a great alternative. As mentioned in Cons, the proprietary nature of Airtable means that if you need to keep a standalone copy in a file format, you will not be able to do so. You can import those current spreadsheets, but once manipulated and modified in Airtable, you must continue using it. So, archival files are not possible. Something to consider, as some enterprise environment do like to keep electronic files locally archived for attachment to specific documentations. Airtable might not be that solution.
Pluspunten:
Spreadsheets are great because of their flexibility. But most of its power lies behind a vast library of functions that users must have a good understanding about its syntax and how to use it. Add to that the fact that they are not exactly pretty to look at. The solution lies with Airtable. Coined as part spreadsheet and part database, it provides a new way of displaying vital information without all the hassles of setting up a spreadsheet. For starters, Airtable offers a vast array of templates and layouts to choose from. If you are proficient, or the templates simply do not provide you with the necessary layout, you can start one from scratch. Maybe even create your own template. Airtable is like a high performance spreadsheet with a serious upgrade on its user interface. Even the user experience is something quite amazing. YOu add, remove or modify the columns and configure them to accept the data you need. It does all a spreadsheet can do, except that its coolest feature is its ability to go from a grid appearance, like your typical spreadsheet, to a form appearance, which resembles more of a database. Airtable offers a wide array of functionality in its free subscription level. Upgrades offer more customization options that enhance the functionality and appearance of your table. And to make the transition from regular old boring spreadsheets to Airtable, they offer importing of your data to start off with.
Minpunten:
It is much easier than your typical spreadsheet, but if you are a true spreadsheet power user, you may find a bit of a lack in its functionality. Again, only if you are a power user, which most of us are really not when it comes to everything spreadsheets can do. There are limited hover over hints for the buttons and fields, so you need to really click on them to find out what they are used for. Novice spreadsheet users will still find a similar learning curve with Airtable, but because the core functionalities are visible from the top ribbon, it does make it just a bit easier to use. But, remember, there will still be a slight learning curve, especially with more advance features. Please note, it does well at importing those current spreadsheets, but Airtable is proprietary and online, and does not do well if you need to export it into a document for archival purposes.
