They need to establish client-client connections after authentication to improve the experience. No Mobile support: im not supporting Mobile devices remotely yet, but all my customers have them.. It is simple to use and not overly complicated with a ton of dashboard features that most people will never use like other software. It also allows a section to use by other staff so that we have dual access to the client. On occasion, clients I normally don't remote into on a routine basis ask me to fix something on their computer. Walking them through simple installation through the install process is very easy. Then I just delete their computer off my dashboard of clients. Easy peasy the way it should be. The cost is reasonable where I can easily absorb it onto my overhead as clients typically do not want to be charged for remote access. > > **Minpunten**: I have not run into any problems with this.
