> **Pluspunten**: I liked the overall layout the best. It was easy to navigate. It was also easy to implement for new employees.

> **Pluspunten**: I did like that the clinical note is basically similar to Microsoft Word, so familiar to most users.  The EHR is simple in it's concept.

> **Minpunten**: The dictation (Dragon) feature never really worked.  I purchased several new microphones, upgraded software, upgraded computer, spoke with customer support on multiple occasions, etc.  Dictation errors were routinely found and manually corrected when discovered.
> 
> Not favorable.  It seems they were more interested in renewing or locking providers into long-term contracts than fixing the issues routinely encountered with the system.  The customer service on trying to correct the dictation was actually good, but it never fixed the problem.  I suspect it is an inherent issue with the EHR software.  I use other EHR systems at various locations and don't have these problems.
