I was unable to use the plan, yet they kept 100% of the payment (USD 70). No real use of the service. No refund. No sense of proportionality. They justified the decision based on an alleged violation of their anti-spam policy. My database was built carefully and had already been used previously without issues, including contacts with explicit consent and others with implied consent (no objection to prior communications). I also explained that the bounce rate was due to high staff turnover in the sector I work in, not due to any improper practices. None of this was taken into account. They closed the account unilaterally and retained the remaining funds. For anyone considering this platform: you may pay, barely use the service, and still lose all your money with no possibility of a refund. This is not rigor — it is an abusive, arbitrary, and dishonest practice toward customers.
