Opmerkingen: Over het algemeen ben ik zeer tevreden met Netsuite.

Pluspunten:

Het programma bezit over enorm veel functies. Hierdoor is Netsuite de basis en de kern voor onze Bedrijfsvoering.

Minpunten:

Helaas is de support vanuit Netsuite niet helemaal zoals je zal verwachten. Verder is het progamma natuurlijk enorm breed, wat ook voor onduidelijkheden kan zorgen.

Brandfield review Netsuite

Opmerkingen: Heel fijn programma om mee te werken, wat de interfaces tussen afdelingen een stuk dichter bij elkaar legt.

Pluspunten:

Alles wat wij binnen het bedrijf doen is terug te vinden op Netsuite. Hierdoor is alle nodige informatie beschikbaar op één platform zichtbaar. Verder zijn de synchronisatie van zowel voorraden als orders van enorm belang. Verder zetten wij Netsuite nog in als CRM-systeem.

Minpunten:

Voor buitenstaanders is het programma in het begin wat moeilijker te begrijpen, omdat het enorm de diepte in kan gaan.

Opmerkingen: Netsuite is een software die op je groeit met de dag dat je het programma gebruikt. Je leert steeds beter hoe je met het programma moet omgaan

Pluspunten:

De diepgang van Netsuite is enorm essentieel. Zo zijn de klantendatabase,- beheer, orderbeheer en optimalisatie van projecten dagelijks van groot belang.

Minpunten:

Door de diepgang zie je soms door de bomen het bos niet meer, dit kan voor verwarring zorgen.

NetSuite is great for Worker Task Scheduling

Opmerkingen: NetSuite was the easiest ERP Software to learn and use.

Pluspunten:

It is highly intuitive, easy to learn how to accomplish your objectives in minimal time.

Minpunten:

It is expensive, pricing and packaging should be more flexible so as not having to pay for functions you don't require.

Fast, simple accounting software. Always one step ahead.

Opmerkingen: Secure, and simple solution I highly recommend.

Pluspunten:

Seamless app integrations for efficient accounting. Quite comprehensive and practical. User-friendly and easy to customize.

Minpunten:

I don't like the lack of file organizer. It sometimes looks messy to difficult to navigate.

Netsuite Solution

Pluspunten:

You can do the IT admin tasks yourself if your relatively tech savy. Integrates with most softwares.

Minpunten:

Nothing yet. Its perfect for Sass. Custom reporting can be difficult to start.

Cable East NetSuite Review

Opmerkingen: We have had a great experience with NetSuite. Initially, the learning curve was steep, but as we familiarized ourselves with the system and spent time with the LCS pass and the support team learning the intricacies of the platform, we are able to self-direct most new initiatives on the platform and have better visibility into our project profitability and company performance than we have ever had before.

Pluspunten:

NetSuite allowed our business to reevaluate process and streamline existing ones, while serving as a single location to house our financial, banking, and CRM data.

Minpunten:

Our implementation process was messy, but we got on the right track early and have worked with our ACS optimize team to make the product the best it can be.

NetSuite - Listen To Your Customers

Opmerkingen: If it were my decision I would move to a more flexible system like Intacct of Blackline. NetSuite has been really challenging at best.

Pluspunten:

The ability to do everything in one platform.

Minpunten:

Integration is tedious and expensive. It can be very clunky in that its not intuitive and user friendly. It appears the product was created by programmers with not the input of the needs of accountants. Some of the basic statement you would expect to see in any accounting system is not available. You need a full time consultant to be successful which is frustrating.

A Good Transition is driven by an Implementation Team that knows what they are doing.

Opmerkingen: The Implementation Team had great expertise guiding us through each step. It shows that they have done this many times and they were able to make us feel comfortable ahead of the transition.

Pluspunten:

The Transition was incredibly smooth... We made all sorts of contingency plans and we did not have to execute any

Minpunten:

The Education Team was not well synchronized with the implementation team.

DC meet up review

Opmerkingen: It is doing the job of supporting our business growth, but it needs refinement out of the box and better speed.

Pluspunten:

Easiness to expand and integrate with other solutions.

Minpunten:

Performance. User interface can be slow when scripts and validations are needed. Inventory valuation as well due to volume of data.

Netsuite Rocks!

Opmerkingen: I have used Netsuite since about Jan 2025 and have seen a more efficient close process, better processes, and increase in transparency/ability to review.

Pluspunten:

I like the broad functionality of Netsuite and the ability to see everything in one place, with links to other related transactions.

Minpunten:

The reporting customization is a little bit difficult. It would be nice if Netsuite had standard financial reports that you can drill down on.

Opmerkingen: For business accounting and business management, NetSuite has been great.

Pluspunten:

With NetSuite, scaling is easy. It is an amazing cloud based and it meets all our critical accounting needs. Comes with great CRM and ERP features.

Minpunten:

For someone to use NetSuite effectively, they need some training.

Once you learn the system, it's simple to use and gives you quick access at your fingertips. You can get a 360-degree view all from the same screen.

Minpunten:

Trying to find where training is, was not easy. It was necessary to know the NS verbiage to locate sessions.

Netsuite Review from IGPES ERP Admin

Opmerkingen: My overall experience with NetSuite so far has been quite interesting as I feel the need to know more about the application. There are functions on the platform that make a lot of the operational workload easier especially when it comes to reports. The application is dynamic and overall great to use for business operations.

Pluspunten:

Suitable for businesses of all sizes, from small startups to large enterprises. 3. It is cloud-based. 4. It is customizable and Flexible 5. Regular updates and new features are automatically deployed, ensuring the system stays current with the latest technology and best practices.

Minpunten:

1. It can be expensive, especially for small businesses or startups, due to subscription fees, customization costs, and user licenses. 2. Requires a learning curve and may necessitate ongoing training and support. 3. Implementation can be time-consuming and complex, requiring careful planning and resources. 4. Occasional slowdowns or downtime may impact business operations

Review on NS from an admin perspective

Opmerkingen: Overall experience from 4 + years using NS compared to other experience of ERP systems is positive

Pluspunten:

Customable reporting, easy configurable custom fields and modifying forms for different records

Minpunten:

From an admin perspective, customizing WF is not user friendly and is limited. Which forces us in some cases to use suite scripts to overcome issues. Creating suite scripts requires development knowledge, i.e. Java script and knowledge of Suite Script configuration. Since this is not accessible to all organization inhouse, this requires using a certified 3rd part vendor which is both time consuming and costly.

NetSuite overall review

Opmerkingen: Beet working with NetSuite for around 6 years, I enjoy the ability to adapt it to the business that the company needs

Pluspunten:

The ability to customise the system and it’s scalability

Minpunten:

Certain functions are not available, even though they seem to be basic(like downloading the list of historic exchange rates)

Oracle NetSuite for Finance Team

Pluspunten:

I would like to dive straight into the pros as given below: 1- It does allow us to automate almost everything in Netsuite using Scripts and workflow. 2- Easy to set up custom fields based on your tracking requirements. 3- Tax reporting is a lot easier now and if you are in Australia now you can ANZ localization for PTRS reporting. 4- Integrate with most of the systems you for most of the accounting function such as Accounts payable, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Recs, Bank payment files, Sales and purchase orders and tax authorities. We have moved from another software which is used for small companies but since we have moved to Netsuite we are loving it and will keep on using it now.

Minpunten:

I don't think there is anything I don't like about Netsuite as it is very user-friendly and does allow you to integrate with almost everything.

Netuite-A Good ERP System

Opmerkingen: Very positive. The price has gotten a little high but overall its a very solid ERP system with very little maintenance needed.

Pluspunten:

Flexible and has the ability to run an entire firm with little add-ons' needed.

Minpunten:

A bit pricey. I knew that Oracle would raise the price after acquiring NetSuite but the price increases have been manageable.

Best ERP and accounting all in one

Opmerkingen: i am very pleased with netsuite and the ease of use and the ease of learning the system

Pluspunten:

everything is all in one with netsuite there is no having to go to a different software .

Minpunten:

there is only one con and that is the automatic bank feed setup was not ideal for smaller banks

Netsuit for K's

Opmerkingen: So far, everything is going well. Of course except for the signal issues and database access I mentioned above. But overall, my use of the netsuite app really helps us to efficiently communicate with potential customers with ease. And makes us sure everything is logged and well documented

Pluspunten:

I like that we are able to communicate to our current and potential clients, as well as to our suppliers without hassle. All info, templates and previous conversations are in one placem If another person is going to attend to their concerns, no need for lots of instructions, just need to go through netsuite and everything is there. It also has lots of features that I didn't expect. Especially the trend and reporting analysis, it helps us see how many customers we are serving so we can better manage them. We can also get back to the last task the previous user has worked on. If any problem occurs, rhe customer service is ready to help and is very accommodating.

Minpunten:

I just love the app. Only that i sometimes have poor signal when I'm at an remote area. The problem is that the database cannot be uploaded when theres no signal. So if I needed to go through my tasks or call a customer, I need to go to a place where the signal is good so i can do that.

I miss my QuickBooks Enterprise software.

Opmerkingen: I'm a CPA and CFO with over 40 years of experience. I've used many different software products throughout my career, and have led several different software conversions. This has definitely been the worst experience in my career. The English of the whole implementation team was horrible. It was extremely difficult to understand them, and their written communication wasn't much better. The fact that they were located on the other side of the globe also made them relatively inaccessible. Since this was a financial accounting system setup, the biggest insult of all was the fact that no one on the NetSuite team knew anything about American accounting processes. As a result, they were totally worthless when it came to providing any insight into how to setup NetSuite for it to work smoothly for an American service company. This was by far, the WORST software implementation process I have ever gone through.

Pluspunten:

We're a group of American companies with common ownership, worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and a few hundred employees. We thought this would be the best long-term option for connecting our third-party software needs, and coordinating our multiple companies efficiently. In hind-sight, I think NetSuite is better suited to a multi-national company much larger than us.

Minpunten:

Communication was extremely poor. What is sold vs what is provided is very different. They compartmentalize everything so much, that they bleed you dry for money.

Wonderful journey with Netsuite

Opmerkingen: Netsuite has made our organization much efficient than otherwise it would be.

Pluspunten:

The flexibility provides us with every opportunity to review data in clusters, groups or standalone,also the freedom to generate reports and be 100% creative is such a huge add on.

Minpunten:

Although I recognize it as pulling a large amount of data,there are times where it can take a substantial amount of time for certain reports to load.

Netsuite....!!Great-Almost Perfect

Opmerkingen: Overall,Netsuite is very stable and capable.It nails it.

Pluspunten:

Netsuite CRM and ARP are outstanding.The fact that I can access it from anywhere at anytime is mind-blowing,It makes it easy to have nearly everything we need in one place.This way we stay in this program all day and not bounce around screens.

Minpunten:

The only thing I deslike about Netsuite is the lack of training on scripting for Netsuite

an essential in the FP&A world

Opmerkingen: There is no such thing as a "perfect" reporting software/package/tool. Overall, Netsuite has several advantages and relatively user friendly. I have helped many clients implement Netsuite as their main reporting & management tool, and overall, they are all quite satisfied.

Pluspunten:

Once you learn the ins & outs and caveats with netsuite, you can create just about any kind of operational, management, and finance report, with lots of options for data distribution and visualization. Once you know how it works, it's an excellent tool. It has many data retrieval options as well. So, if you're an excel based organization - it can pull the data directly into excel. Very logical to use and strait forward.

Minpunten:

It has its quirks just like any other reporting system. Takes a LOT of learning to get up and going as an admin, but basic users won't have much problem. I suppose it could be more user friendly.
