The other slight issue is that the company I worked at used their own in-house CRM tool which did not integrate properly with Kixie so every outgoing call had to be individually dialled manually which is very tedious especially when when we're expected to make over 200 calls a day. > > Overall Kixie is a simple calling tool to help with making any kind of outbound cold-calls. Perhaps the occasional 'spam likely' label on some calls, or perhaps something about the call appears a certain way that makes them avoid it.
