> **Pluspunten**: The ease of usage and the price of the product.&#10;Freshservice has a great support that takes action when needed and is reachable.&#10;Additionally, the tickets allow us as an organization to prioritise the needs of the employees with ease. No more forgetting a problem a user reported.

> **Minpunten**: I miss certain features in the product, like ability to remove default status fields, and the ability to change the lay-out further than the default.
