We mainly use it for dispatching, shipping, receiving, billing and invoicing. We also use it to keep track of export loads with container photos. I’d say the most useful feature for me is the ability to get all of the billing info imported into our accounting software and being able to generate a journal entry for sales, expenses and adjustments to close out the month. Anytime I’ve ever had to contact tech support, they have been very prompt in response and are always very friendly.
