On the deal monitor side, it watches for triggers and automatically pushes alerts or updates into the channels I actually check, so I’m not manually refreshing anything or missing a good opportunity because I wasn’t looking at the right moment. For the dealership it connects leads and paperwork triggers into my CRM and notification tools without me having to manually enter anything, which keeps things moving even when I’m not sitting at a desk. It connects with almost anything, so whether it’s a spreadsheet, a messaging app, or a lead source there’s usually already a built in way to link it up without needing custom code. Firstly with the versioning awareness, you manually need to keep track of your many connections in order to make sure none of your automations are broken. Second is the account awareness. I needed to make a change in the plan structure of our account, which relied on shared automations. Once we switched all those shared automations were turned off, providing me with no indication prior to the switch or on the day of the switch. There was a period of time where are zaps just were not running and no alert was presented to our team. > > Overall I have had a solid experience with Zapier.
