At work I use it a lot for helping coworkers when they get stuck or when I need to access my own system remotely. &#10;The connection is usually fast and smooth, even when the network isn’t perfect. &#10;File transfer is quick and saves me time because I don’t have to email stuff around. The interface is simple enough that even non‑tech people can follow instructions. It also works across different devices, which is handy when I’m not on my main laptop.

> **Minpunten**: Sometimes the connection drops randomly and I have to reconnect again, which gets annoying when I’m in the middle of fixing something. &#10;The app can feel a bit heavy on older machines and takes a moment to load. A few features are hidden in menus and take time to find. The mobile version works but it’s not very comfortable to control a full desktop from a phone. &#10;Also, sometimes the session freezes for a few seconds and I have to wait it out. Not huge issues but they slow me down during busy days.
