I can easily access information I need and documents quickly and easily for my clients. I invoice and make receipts quickly for them. ABS in an integral part of our customer interaction and retention. It has enabled us over the years to maintain the data necessary to service our accounts with our captive company and information that is written outside our primary company. We are able to quickly customize and send letter to our clients that are tailored to our agency and not just send a generic letter. We recently connected on the cloud due to the shelter in place and this has been a blessing for my staff not to miss a step being able to service our clients. Additionally having a date and time stamped log for notes helps when there is a question on claims.
