Yes they have lots of bells and whistlers and may be great for big corporations but I found just simple tasks were too difficult to do. I almost had to be a software expert to make them work. Also, getting a person to help with some of these other products was not easy. With Less Annoying CRM I was up and running literally in minutes, loading in my contacts, creating fields and scheduling tasks. It was so easy I never even needed to use Help to figure out how to do things. The one time that I did need to call support, someone in the US answered immediately and gave me the information I needed.

> **Pluspunten**: First, their ENTIRE team is fantastic. It's like working with a friend down the street. When was the last time a company structured themselves that way? Even when it's not what you want hear (crazy options I want, etc). I've used them for years--often so affordable I forgot to cancel old accounts. Now, the system is incredibly stable (including how the UI works on cell phone browsers) and I've built overdone databases for years in my businesses--this one IS THE BEST. Does exactly what it says, no learning curve, and no coding. No over-bloaded features, etc. that are not needed. Had a printing issue that they literally resolved across the system in a few days. UI is super clean. Their system forced me to simply my own needs - which lead me to get up and running faster, obtain new business, and be honest with myself. That's the part that no system has EVER offered. Simplicity = success. Rock solid, guys\!
