> **Minpunten**: There is a LARGE number of false positive alerts. We have unblocked/whitelisted/excluded several programs, yet they continue to be blocked. Whenever we call support for assistance, they are usually unhelpful and it feels like we know more than they do about their own product.

> It's fine. It does what it's supposed to mostly. But if you need help or support, you're basically on your own.
