I really appreciated also Jan Gebauer´s expertise and his analysis of data. The feedback management is a great tool how to connect with our customers. Here it very much depends on the overall direction and mission of the company itself, if CX is truly number one priority.

> **Minpunten**: As I mentioned, since we have 6 campaign, the overall dashboard would have helped with easier overview. And due to our process and inability for agents to use their own e-mail addresses, it was a little bit time-consuming to reset their passwords, if they did not work. But we managed with a great help of the customer success team in Staffino.

> The main business problems unfortunately we knew and it was not in our power locally to solve. However, when we encountered specific "little" problems, we always tried to solve the issue as soon as possible. Again, it depends very much on the company itself and the process, if and how quickly the issues can be solved.
