This helped us get a good understanding of our customer sentiment. Another big plus is the support team's responsiveness and willingness to help and provide additional information.

> **Minpunten**: I would have loved to have more integrations built in instead of relying on using CSV files for some of our data. Another improvement that I see is in the analysis time — it can take a few hours if you have a large volume of data.
