Cority

I have been using Cority for about a year and a half and have been our site administrator 1 year

Pluspunten:

The adaptability and ability to customize layouts and information to what is relevant to us is excellent. The fact that it gets updated every 4 months means when we do find improvements we would like, they are quite often already in the works. The customer support has been excellent and the staff is always wonderful to deal with.

Minpunten:

Some of the limitations prevent it from being exactly what we need, however that is to be expected with any commercial software. The Cority team is quite helpful at finding us work arounds for the pieces that we cannot change.

Opmerkingen: COLLABORATION WITH IH AND SAFETY MODULES

Pluspunten:

THE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ENHANCED OVER THE YEARS SO IT TAKES LESS TIME TO PERFORM DAY TO DAY FUNCTIONS.

Minpunten:

THE START UP COST AND TIME .WE HAD TO UTILIZE A FULL TIME IT PERSONNEL.

Cority Review

Pluspunten:

User friendly and easy to use. Our success person is amazing to work with.

Minpunten:

Unknown capabilities. There are some many features that are available that we have no idea about or how to use them.

EHS made easy

Opmerkingen: Really enjoy working in Enviance. Inputting data, editing objects and building reports are done quickly and with ease.

Pluspunten:

Interface is laid out intuitively. Easy to navigate.

Minpunten:

Too many confirmation screens. Refreshing return you to the top of the menu/page

Opmerkingen: It’s a great management tool for Safety and IH

The IH module feature and being able to create sampling plan

I have no concerns so far. Except the complexity of the system.

Exciting Ergonomic Self-Assessment program

Pluspunten:

The platform is incredibly easy to use, allowing our employees the freedom to take the self guided assessment at the most convenient time and pace versus scheduling out a third party to come and do an assessment.

Minpunten:

Implementation was a bit tedious, but we had a wonderful support team that helped us every step of the way!

Cority - An excellent solution

Opmerkingen: Overall we are very happy with Cority - their Cority Acadamy for additional training is excellent, the user community is great for picking the minds of those who know a lot more and if you need to log a support request they a fast and effective and explain things clearly and slowly. (Possibly one of the best support teams I have used)

Pluspunten:

Cority supplied us with our own dedicated implimentation consultant ([sensitive content hidden]) who was extremley knowledgeable - They provided us with excellent training which made the move from our old clunky system to Cority GX-2 a fairly painless experience

Minpunten:

As a large Occupational Health team looking after 15,000+ employees and numerous external contract there are a couple of things missing - it isn't easy for our recruiters to search the dashboards, although I understand Cority are working on a solution for future releases.Also we do a huge amount of blood tests daily and there is no ability for us to connect a label printer that allows us to label blood samples - this is a major failing of this solution.

Cority User

Opmerkingen: Unlike the software we had before, Cority connects many sections like the incident management, claims management, employee demographics, environment etc into one system and so is easier to use.

Pluspunten:

Easy to learn and can have many features in one place.

Minpunten:

Visuals can't be adjusted as needed. Some fields are duplicated.

New user into a system that was set up by others

Opmerkingen: As a new user myself i didn't think we were using a lot of the system to it's benefit. Having been at the Cority APAC Roadshow on [sensitive content hidden] i got to see the overall capabilities of the system. Presenters showed how they have implemented, developed or use the system based on how long they have been using Cority. That experience has given me new passion to further develop our capabilities,

Pluspunten:

Overall system capability is excellent, as is the user community. As a new user to the administration function of the system the support i am getting from the Cority team has been awesome.

Minpunten:

There is no 'process maps' available for how how system was set up - that is NOT a Cority issue, more an issue at our end but Cority have been excellent in helping me navigate the system to better utilise the features

First Time User

Pluspunten:

Once you get the hang of it, it's not bad

Minpunten:

Lots of steps to set up. Tough to use as an athletic trainer...little too many bells and whistles for what we need.

Dynamic Software

Opmerkingen: We are bringing data to our users through multi-level dashboards and are able to react quickly to ever changing business needs. When we run into issues or questions, the Cority support and help desk model is working well above industry standard

Pluspunten:

Quick configuration change ability and the power behind business rules and insightful dashboards

Minpunten:

The reporting feature needs multi variable chart capability in their main reporting tool, but this is coming in June 2020

Will handle all our uses

Opmerkingen: So far so good. We love Cority and see the value in all the modules we’ve gotten so far, but it takes time. We are as good as our data, which means we need to truly invest our time and efforts into making it a great product.

Pluspunten:

The enhancements keep coming! I love that it’s ever evolving to the user needs. This helps us stay on top of the safety culture.

Minpunten:

We get bogged down by being self hosted. I wish that wasn’t an option when we purchased.

Cority

Opmerkingen: For a short time we were having issues with customer service, but that has recently improved greatly. We find this system so far to be easy to use and a good resource.

Pluspunten:

I like having the ability to search a database for SDSs instead of trying to find them on my own. It saves time. The search capability is a lot easier with more options than our last software as well. It's pretty easy to use.

Minpunten:

We haven't been using the software terribly long. The only thing we've noticed is there is not much design say in the labels as far as placement and look, though there are some options, but this is minor.

Good Product

Opmerkingen: IQs is a good product, though in its current state needs to be a bit more user friendly and term friendly. If you want more than Quality personnel to use this software than it needs to be able to be understood by common staff and management. Navigation is somewhat difficult but once you get use to it, its gets better.

Cority Review

Opmerkingen: Overall I am a believer in the software and use it very often

As I learn more about this product, I can see the value of utilizing the software in other areas of our operations.

Minpunten:

Because I am not an IT person, at times it’s hard for me to understand that aspect of the software.

Very nice software

Pluspunten:

Setting up devices such as gages and setting up inspection plans is very easy to do. The skip lot system works like a charm.

Minpunten:

There should be a way to have "master" characteristics that can be linked to inspection plans for assemblies that use multiple component part drawings. This would allow a change to be made in one place on a sub-assembly that would be pushed into all the assemblies they are part of.

CHarting

Opmerkingen: We use occ health everyday. Works well for general charting.

Pluspunten:

The ease of use for charting clinic visits daily

Minpunten:

Not knowing how everything works, navigating through the cority community can be tedious

Opmerkingen: We're not very long in production yet. It's challenging working with a company that is growing and changing alongside implementation; it feels like while you are heading in the right direction, the ground is always shifting under our feet

its potential... once people configure it correctly and use it consistently

its robustness leads to complexity; hard to learn administration of the tool

Implementation of Cority Medical and IH globally

Opmerkingen: Cority is clearly within the best software packages currently available for occupational health and industrial hygiene, so it is well worth considering.

Pluspunten:

- Extensive feature set, available out of the box - Very good domain/functional expertise from the Cority consultants - Designed by OH people for OH people - "Can do" attitude, eager to assist in projects delivery, demonstrates flexibility - Keeping ahead of new regulations, pro-active - Enforces the capture of data in a structured way (pick lists) - Web-based tool - Cross-browser compatible

Minpunten:

- Some aspects of the software too focused on North America, rather than global - Reporting done on transactional database (may impact performance on complex queries) - Reporting functionality could be improved (maybe leveraging a full reporting tool, such as Business Objects) - More out of the box interfaces/agreements with labs and device manufacturers would be good - No employee portal available yet

Businesses Rule API

Pluspunten:

Now we can build our own API and use cority to get or update data directly from cority. Also like new workflow.

Minpunten:

Need more coordination between Cority and myCority.

Honest Review of a Starter

Opmerkingen: so far so good, no major issues encountered yet

Pluspunten:

it's generally user-friendly and easy to navigate

Minpunten:

The view is not that easy to re-arrange. A "drag" and drop function could be appreciated in re-arranging view instead of creating a new one. Also, can't search using wild characters (e.g. using * to capture all possible results)

New Customer

Pluspunten:

The implementation and general service support has been outstanding!

Minpunten:

Would like to see a little more emphasis in efficiency of use for power users. Although, the new version may have addressed this.
